    摘要: A dental impression tray assembly includes an upper tray and a lower tray operable with the upper tray, and the lower tray includes a first piece configured to measure jaw relations of a patient's mouth and a pair of second pieces detachably attachable to the first piece. The first piece of the lower tray is inserted into the patient's mouth independently of the pair of second pieces of the lower tray to measure the jaw relations and to obtain a bite registration. After the first piece is connected to the pair of second pieces, the assembly allows a final gum impression of the patient's lower gum to be obtained.

    摘要: A seat latch structure is provided, which includes a base bracket mounted on a seat for a vehicle and having a first insertion hole and a second insertion hole formed thereon and an opening which is formed on one side thereof and into which a striker fixed to a vehicle body is inserted, a claw having a first through-hole formed thereon to correspond to the first insertion hole and a locking groove formed on one side thereof, a pawl provided on one side of the claw and having a second through-hole formed thereon to correspond to the second insertion hole, a first rotating shaft and a second rotating shaft inserted into the first through-hole of the claw and the second through-hole of the pawl, respectively, and a double torsion spring connecting the first through-hole and the second through-hole into which the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft are inserted, respectively. According to the seat latch structure, the noise generated during the operation of the seat latch is reduced and the operating force is increased to improve the merchantability.

    摘要: A debugger creates a lightweight process snapshot of a debuggee target process and performs in-process or function evaluation (func-eval) inspection against the copy. This allows most state in the debuggee process to stay intact because changes made by the func-eval are local to the process snapshot. Debugger operations that are too destructive to the original debuggee process can be performed on the process snapshot without threatening the real process. Process snapshots allow the debugger to perform a func-eval while isolating the debuggee process and not losing the actual state of the original debuggee process. A new process snapshot of the debuggee process is created when the current snapshot is corrupt due to a func-eval side effect. The debugger may also use a lightweight machine snapshot of the host debuggee machine and perform func-evals against that machine snapshot to further isolate kernel and other side effects.

    摘要: A nitride semiconductor single crystal substrate, a manufacturing method thereof and a method for manufacturing a vertical nitride semiconductor device using the same. According to an aspect of the invention, in the nitride semiconductor single crystal substrate, upper and lower regions are divided along a thickness direction, the nitride single crystal substrate having a thickness of at least 100 μm. Here, the upper region has a doping concentration that is five times or greater than that of the lower region. Preferably, a top surface of the substrate in the upper region has Ga polarity. Also, according to a specific embodiment of the invention, the lower region is intentionally un-doped and the upper region is n-doped. Preferably, each of the upper and lower regions has a doping concentration substantially identical in a thickness direction.
