    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a communication method and system for converging a 5th-Generation (5G) communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond a 4th-Generation (4G) system with a technology for Internet of Things (IoT). A method for determining transmitting resources in vehicle to vehicle/pedestrian/infrastructure/network (V2X) communication is provided. The method includes determining, by a user equipment (UE), a set {ti} consisting of configurable V2X subframes within one system frame period, by the UE, determining information about a bitmap for configuring a resource pool, determining, in the set {ti}, subframes belonging to the resource pool, by the UE, selecting, after resource reselection, the position of a resource for initial transmission, determining, in the resource pool, the subframe position of the reserved resource according to a resource reservation subframe interval Prsv and the number of resource reservations, readjusting the position of the reserved resource when a certain condition is satisfied, and transmitting, by the UE, a physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH) on the determined resource for initial transmission and the reserved resource.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a communication method and system for converging a 5th-Generation (5G) communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond a 4th-Generation (4G) system with a technology for Internet of Things (IoT). The present disclosure may be applied to intelligent services based on the 5G communication technology and the IoT-related technology, such as smart home, smart building, smart city, smart car, connected car, health care, digital education, smart retail, security and safety services. The present invention provides a data transmitting method. In this method, a second device detects scheduling signaling transmitted by a first device, determines a Listen Before Talk (LBT) mechanism for channel contention configured by the first device, and a corresponding parameter; performs LBT, and transmits uplink data after the LBT is successfully performed. The LBT mechanism of the data transmission of the second device may be set through common control signaling for a group or all of second devices, and the second device determines the used LBT mechanism according to whether the common control signaling is received. The second device needs to report a capability of simultaneous transmission and reception on neighbor carriers to the first device, so that the first device properly schedules uplink transmission and downlink transmission of the second device according to the capability. According to the method provided by the present disclosure, the flexibility that the base station controls the LBT mechanism of the uplink transmission of the UE can be improved, the waste of uplink resources and downlink resources can be avoided, and coexistence with another device can be ensured.

The present application provides a data transmission method. A first device senses scheduling assignment (SA) and received power of another device, and/or senses a total received energy of all of subframes/sub-bands of the first device. The first device selects or re-selects resources according to the sensing result. The first device transmits data using the resources. The present application also provides a data transmission device. The data transmission method and device can select optimal resources for data transmission to avoid impacts of collisions on data transmission, and can adjust system running state in case of congestion to improve system performance as much as possible.

    Abstract: A first device senses scheduling assignment (SA) and received power of a second device, and a total received energy of each subband. The first device determines a reference value of received power of the second device and a reference value of total received energy, based on a sensing result of the second device. The first device selects a resource, based on the reference value of received power and reference value of total received energy, the first device transmits data. By adopting the method of the present disclosure, decoding performance of SA is improved, and accuracy for measuring received power of the SA is also enhanced. Subsequently, on the basis of SA and received power, performances for selecting/re-selecting channel resources are improved.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a 5G or 6G communication system for supporting a higher data transmission rate. An apparatus and a method performed by the same in a wireless communication system are disclosed. The method includes: receiving configuration information from a base station; and receiving a downlink signal from the base station based on the configuration information, the downlink signal including downlink data. The downlink data includes a unicast physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) and/or a multicast/broadcast PDSCH, the unicast PDSCH includes a dynamically scheduled unicast PDSCH and/or a unicast semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) PDSCH, and the multicast/broadcast PDSCH includes a dynamically scheduled multicast/broadcast PDSCH and/or a multicast/broadcast SPS PDSCH. The present disclosure improves the efficiency of uplink or downlink transmission.
