Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a terminal device, in which a processing module selects one or more normal carriers or special carriers from a first carrier set for an uplink subframe, where the first carrier set includes all carriers in carrier aggregation that are used by the terminal device to send a first uplink subframe; and a sending module cancels sending of the uplink subframe on one or more carriers, where the special carrier is a carrier on which the terminal device sends neither uplink data nor uplink control information in uplink, and the normal carrier is a carrier that is used by the terminal device to send uplink data and/or uplink control information. An uplink subframe on some carriers is rejected, thereby resolving a problem that information such as a downlink channel characteristic of a carrier cannot be obtained when no uplink reference signal is sent on the carrier.

Abstract: Various embodiments of the present invention provide a terminal and a processing method after an access failure of the terminal. The method includes: establishing, by a terminal, an RRC connection with a first cell, where the first cell is a cell containing a PLMN selected by the terminal; and logging, by the terminal, an access failure PLMN list when the terminal fails to establish the RRC connection with the first cell, where the access failure PLMN list includes the PLMN selected by the terminal. According to the embodiments of the present invention, the accuracy of the logging may be achieved, thereby reporting to a correct PLMN.

Abstract: An apparatus, a system, and a method for obtaining a quality of service parameter of a voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) service are presented. The apparatus obtains a quality of service parameter of a VoIP service, and the apparatus sends a quality parameter report of the VoIP service to a centralized processing device. The quality parameter report of the VoIP service includes the quality of service parameter of the VoIP service, such that a network system obtains quality of service of the VoIP service according to the quality of service parameter of the VoIP service, further helping an operator control and adjust the network system based on the quality of service of the VoIP service.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a discontinuous reception (DRX) implementation method, a DRX configuration method, and a related device. The DRX implementation method includes: receiving, by a terminal, DRX configuration information sent by a base station, where the terminal supports short transmission time interval (TTI) subframe transmission; and performing DRX according to the DRX configuration information, a system frame number (SFN), and a number of a short TTI subframe, where the short TTI subframe is a subframe numbered according to a short TTI, and a length of the short TTI subframe is less than 1 ms. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, DRX can be implemented at a short TTI, so as to improve overall performance of a system.

In the method for allocating a network resource, a base station receives request information sent by a first terminal device, where the request information is configured to request the base station to allocate a network resource; the base station sends, to the first terminal device, allocation information of the network resource allocated by the base station, where the allocation information is configured to indicate the network resource allocated by the base station; the first terminal device is a terminal served by a cell of the base station, and the second terminal device is a terminal that accesses the target device by using the first terminal device. Thus, a problem of network resource waste is reduced, and user experience is improved.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method and an apparatus for reporting an unlicensed spectrum capability The method includes the following: UE reports a list of unlicensed spectrums that can be supported by the UE and a maximum bandwidth value of each unlicensed spectrum to a serving base station of the UE, so that the serving base station of the UE can configure an unlicensed spectrum resource for the UE according to a received unlicensed spectrum capability parameter. Therefore, a base station can configure an unlicensed spectrum resource according to unlicensed spectrum capabilities that can be supported by different UEs.

Abstract: A data transmission method and an apparatus are provided. The method includes: determining, by a base station, a time-domain interval of available time-frequency resources in an unlicensed spectrum, where the available time-frequency resources are continuous time-frequency resources in a time domain; sending, by the base station, a preamble signal in a first subframe in the interval, where the first subframe is an initial subframe in the interval; and sending, by the base station, downlink control information and data after sending the preamble signal, where the data is in the first subframe, the downlink control information includes scheduling indication information, and the scheduling indication information is used to indicate a frequency-domain location of the data. According to the present invention, spectrum utilization can be improved.

Abstract: When a terminal switches from a downlink subframe to an adjacent uplink subframe, generating a first guard period, where that the terminal does not process any signal in the first guard period is defined, that is, the terminal neither receives downlink data nor sends an uplink signal in the first guard period, and therefore uncertainty of a terminal behavior during a downlink-to-uplink switching process of the terminal is avoided, and successful sending of the uplink subframe can be ensured; and when the terminal switches from an uplink subframe to a downlink subframe, generating a second guard period, where the second guard period overlaps the uplink subframe or the downlink subframe, and that the terminal does not process any signal in the second guard period is defined, and therefore uncertainty of a terminal behavior during an uplink-to-downlink switching process of the terminal is avoided.
