    Abstract: Example communication methods and apparatus are described. One example method includes receiving configuration information of a first control resource set by a terminal device, where the configuration information of the first control resource set includes mapping manner information of the first control resource set. The terminal device determines a mapping manner between a control channel element (CCE) and resource element groups (REGs) in the first control resource set based on the mapping manner information of the first control resource set, wherein a REG in the first control resource set occupies one symbol in time domain and occupies one resource block RB in frequency domain.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and an apparatus for transmitting a downlink control channel. The downlink control channel includes a first downlink control channel and a second downlink control channel. The first downlink control channel includes a first RS and first DCI. A method for receiving a downlink control channel by user equipment includes: obtaining a first RS time-frequency resource corresponding to the first RS; determining a first DCI time-frequency resource corresponding to the first DCI based on the first RS time-frequency resource; detecting the first RS on the first RS time-frequency resource, and demodulating the first DCI on the first DCI time-frequency resource by using the first RS; and determining a second time-frequency resource corresponding to the second downlink control channel based on the first DCI.

One example method includes receiving, by a terminal device, downlink control information that includes first information used to indicate a symbol that carries uplink control information.     Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an uplink power control method, includes: determining, by a base station, power control information, where the power control information is used to control a power of a UE; sending, by the base station, hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) acknowledgment feedback information to X UEs, where the HARQ acknowledgment feedback information carries the power control information of at least one of the X UEs, the X UEs contend for use of a same transmission resource, and X is an integer greater than or equal to 1; receiving, by the UE, acknowledgment feedback information sent by the base station to the X UEs; and parsing the HARQ acknowledgment feedback information; and if it is determined that the HARQ acknowledgment feedback information includes the power control information of the UE, performing power control on the user equipment based on the power control information of the UE.
