Abstract:
A compact, waterproof swim mask having a unitary skirt, a frame, and a clinging device. The unitary skirt has two lenses for covering the eyes and/or the nose of a user, a flexible frame including two eye-shaped frame elements being capable of communicating with each other. Each frame element is bendable to slightly enlarge when an upper portion is pulled away from a lower portion so that the two frame elements communicate through a gap of a separable intermediate portion for mounting the skirt. The frame also has two endpieces for coupling a rear headband therebetween. The clinging device is secured to the separable intermediate portion of the frame by snapping for fastening the whole swim mask.
Abstract:
Provided is a swim mask having a member to cover at least the nose. The swim mask further comprises a peripheral skirt formed of elastomeric material. A portion of the skirt between the lenses is thus flexible such that a person wears the swim mask will feel comfort on a portion on top of the nose and between the eyes by buffering pressing of the portion of the skirt between the lenses thereon. The invention can eliminate the discomfort caused by pressing a hard member on the portion on top of the nose and between the eyes. Moreover, the invention can decrease a distance between the lens and the eye so as to increase view of the wearer.
Abstract:
A pair of goggles having a main frame including two fitting members, two lenses fitted in the main frame, two hollow side guards, and a band secured to the side guards. Each of the two fitting members being separable at a line extended from an inner edge of a lens opening in the main frame to an outer edge of the main frame and having two latches extending rearwardly from the two fitting members. Inserting the latch into the side guard will fasten the main frame and the side guard together. Pressing and pulling the latch out of the side guard will disengage the main frame from the side guard. Pulling both latches away from each other will separate each of the two fitting members allowing the lens to be changed. Another embodiment includes a flexible second frame. The lenses are fitted in both the flexible second frame and the main frame.
