    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may transmit UE assistance information including UE capability report and measurement report to a base station, and the base station may determine a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) monitoring configuration for reduced-capability UEs based at least in part on the UE assistance information. The UE may determine whether a group common PDCCH (GC-PDCCH) communication indicates that the zone identifier is activated for an associated monitoring period. The UE may selectively perform one or more PDCCH blind decodes in one or more search space sets associated with the zone identifier during the monitoring period based at least in part on determining whether the GC-PDCCH communication indicates that the zone identifier is activated for the monitoring period.     Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to obtaining a duplex mode of a scheduled entity, selecting a downlink-uplink (DU) slot interpretation to be applied by the scheduled entity to a slot including a DU symbol based on the duplex mode of the scheduled entity, and transmitting the DU slot interpretation to the scheduled entity. The DU symbol may be configured to include a downlink transmission and an uplink transmission within a same carrier bandwidth. Other aspects relate to receiving a message, indicating that the slot is formatted with a DU symbol, selecting a DU slot interpretation to be applied to the slot including the DU symbol based on a duplex mode of the scheduled entity, and applying the DU slot interpretation to the slot.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Generally, a user equipment (UE) may perform channel state information (CSI) estimation on multiple links (e.g., a Uu link and a sidelink) without excessive power expenditures. The UE may report a CSI processing unit (CPU) capability to a network device. The CPU capability information may include separate CPU capabilities for separate links, or a single CPU capability for multiple links. The network device, the UE, or both, may trigger CSI estimation procedures that do not exceed the reported CPU capability, or may otherwise prioritize CSI estimation procedures based on the CPU capability. The UE may then perform CSI estimation procedures according to one or more rules associated with the CPU capabilities. In some examples, such rules may be explicitly signaled to the UE, or may be included in one or more standard documents.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive at least one control message from a base station, the at least one message jointly scheduling the UE for access network communications between the UE and the base station and for sidelink communications between the UE and another UE, such as another UE in a group of UEs. The UE may determine network control information based on the at least one control message. The UE may also determine sidelink control information based on the at least one control message. The UE may communicate with the base station and the other UE in accordance with the network control information and the sidelink control information, respectively.
