Abstract: This application relates to a method for manufacturing a pellicle for extreme ultraviolet lithography. In one aspect, the method includes forming a support layer of a silicon nitride material on a silicon substrate, and forming a core layer of a graphene material on the support layer. The method may also include forming a graphene defect healing layer on the core layer by selectively forming a material of MeOxNy (Me is one of Si, Al, Ti, Zr, and Hf, x+y=2) at a grain boundary of the core layer in an atomic layer deposition process using heat in order to heal defects generated in graphene forming the core layer without additional damage to the graphene. The method may further include a capping layer on the graphene defect healing layer, wherein a central portion of the silicon substrate under the support layer is removed to form an opening partially exposing the support layer.

Abstract: There is provided an edge server system management and control method in a rugged environment. An edge server management apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a communication unit configured to communicate with an edge server; and a processor configured to collect environmental information of the edge server through the communication unit, and to control an external environment of the edge server and to control resource configuration for an edge service, based on the collected environmental information. Accordingly, it is possible to manage/control an edge server system-based configuration module (a fan, a heater) even, and to operate an edge service by reconfiguring resources of the edge server in a severe industrial site.

Abstract: A cloud management method and a cloud management device are provided. The cloud management method determines whether a plurality of pods are overloaded, identifies resource usage current states of a cluster and a node, and determines a method of scaling resources of a specific pod that is overloaded from among the plurality of pods, according to the resource usage current states of the cluster and the node, and scales the resources of the specific pod according to the determined method. Accordingly, scaling for uniformly extending resources of a node and a pod in a cluster horizontally and vertically can be automatically performed.

Abstract: An energy harvesting apparatus, system, and method are provided to perform energy harvesting and estimation of ambient energy intensity. The energy harvesting apparatus includes an energy converter, an energy storage, an output voltage/current detector, and a switch. The energy converter receives ambient energy, converts the ambient energy into DC power having a DC voltage and a DC current, and outputs the DC power. The energy storage receives and stores the DC power. The output voltage/current detector has a constant load value and detects at least one of the DC voltage and the DC current, outputted from the energy converter, to be used for estimating intensity of the ambient energy. The switch selectively connects the energy converter to the energy storage or the output voltage/current detector.

Abstract: A sunlight concentrating device may include a quantum dot layer having a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other, a first glass layer in contact with the first surface of the quantum dot layer, and a second glass layer in contact with the second surface of the quantum dot layer, and further include a low-refractive layer provided in a predetermined region of the first surface and/or the second surface of the quantum dot layer. The low-refractive layer is patterned, and a refractive index of the low-refractive layer is smaller than a refractive index of the quantum dot layer. The low-refractive layer totally reflects photons, being permeated from the quantum dot layer into the glass layer(s), between the glass layer(s) and the quantum dot layer so that the photons can move within a section with no loss of light thereby overcoming the theoretical limit of light concentration.
