    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a base station may transmit, in connection with an ultra-reliable low latency communication service, a configuration message to configure transmission of a physical uplink control channel for the ultra-reliable low latency communication service. In some aspects, a user equipment may receive the configuration message. In some aspects, the user equipment may transmit, in a single slot, a plurality of repetitions of the physical uplink control channel based at least in part on receiving the configuration message. In some aspects, the base station may receive the plurality of repetitions. Numerous other aspects are provided.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A wireless device may determine a Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) resource for a PUCCH transmission prior to receiving a dedicated PUCCH resource configuration, determining a repetition level for the PUCCH transmission, and transmit the PUCCH transmission, on at least the PUCCH resource, according to the repetition level. A base station may transmit, to a user equipment (UE), information scheduling a Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) transmission on a PUCCH resource prior to configuring dedicated PUCCH resources for the UE, determine a repetition level for the PUCCH transmission, transmit, to the UE, an indication of the repetition level, and receive, according to the repetition level, a first repetition of the PUCCH transmission on the PUCCH resource and other repetitions of the PUCCH transmission.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described that provide multiplexing of one or more control or shared channel communications on one or more uplink component carriers (CCs). Uplink control channel communications may be multiplexed within each CC that is configured for uplink control channel transmissions and, after multiplexing the control channel communications within each CC, multiplexing with shared channel communications may be performed. Multiplexed or un-multiplexed control channel communications may be multiplexed with a shared channel communication on a same or a different CC, where the multiplexing on the same CC or on the different CC is based at least in part on a configuration associated with concurrent shared channel and control channel communications. Further a priority associated with one or more of the shared channel communications or the control channel communications may be used to determine channels to multiplex together on a CC.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A UE may identify a capability for downlink control channel monitoring and uplink cancellation indication monitoring. The UE may transmit, to a base station, an indication of the identified uplink cancellation indication monitoring capability. The base station may receive the indication from the UE, and may configure monitoring occasions in a slot based on the received uplink cancellation indication monitoring capability. The base station may transmit via radio resource control signaling, and the UE may receive, a configuration which configures a number of monitoring occasions based on the uplink cancellation indication monitoring capability. The UE may then monitor the configured monitoring occasions according to the identified capability.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may identify an indication of a wakeup signal (WUS) configuration for the first UE, the WUS configuration indicating a WUS monitoring occasion for sidelink wakeup signaling between the first UE and a second UE. The UE may determine a first set of resources for transmission of a WUS by the first UE within the WUS monitoring occasion based on the WUS configuration, the first set of resources disjoint in time with a second set of resources for the second UE within the WUS monitoring occasion. The UE may transmit the WUS to the second UE using the first set of resources within the WUS monitoring occasion based on an identification of traffic for the second UE at the first UE.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some wireless communications systems, a first wireless device may receive one or more sidelink control information messages scheduling a first multi-bit feedback and indicating a number of priority field values associated with respective feedback bits of the first multi-bit feedback. In such cases, the priority of the first multi-bit feedback may correspond to the highest priority field value. The first wireless device may determine that a first set of resources allocated for the first multi-bit feedback at least partially overlaps with a second set of resources allocated for a second feedback having a second priority, and the first wireless device may select the first or second feedback to transmit or receive based on the determined priorities of the first multi-bit feedback or the second feedback.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Generally, a user equipment (UE) may perform channel state information (CSI) estimation on multiple links (e.g., a Uu link and a sidelink) without excessive power expenditures. The UE may report a CSI processing unit (CPU) capability to a network device. The CPU capability information may include separate CPU capabilities for separate links, or a single CPU capability for multiple links. The network device, the UE, or both, may trigger CSI estimation procedures that do not exceed the reported CPU capability, or may otherwise prioritize CSI estimation procedures based on the CPU capability. The UE may then perform CSI estimation procedures according to one or more rules associated with the CPU capabilities. In some examples, such rules may be explicitly signaled to the UE, or may be included in one or more standard documents.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some wireless communications systems, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, an indication of a configuration for transmitting subslot-based feedback messages (e.g., via an uplink channel) associated with downlink transmissions (e.g., received via a downlink channel). In some cases, the UE and base station may generate a feedback codebook for the feedback messages according to a subslot-based codebook generation procedure. For example, the UE and base station may generate the feedback codebook based on a quantity of downlink transmission opportunities ending during each subslot of the uplink channel. The UE may then transmit, to the base station via the uplink channel, the feedback messages in accordance with the feedback codebook.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for multiple downlink control information (DCI) message handling for multiple control resource set (CORESET) groups. In one aspect, a user equipment (UE) may provide separate or joint feedback for data messages received from different CORESET groups. In some examples, the UE may be configured with code block group (CBG)-based transmissions for a component carrier (CC) or a CORESET group in a CC. If implementing a dynamic codebook, the UE may track separate transport block (TB)-based and CBG-based downlink assignment indexes (DAIs) for each CORESET group or may track joint TB-based and CBG-based DAIs across the set of CORESET groups to handle the CBG configuration. Additionally, or alternatively, if implementing a semi-static codebook, the UE may apply skipping rules across the set of CORESET groups or separately for each CORESET group to reduce signaling overhead.
