    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and a storage medium for transmitting a message. The method includes: sending a current message transmission packet to an output device, the current message transmission packet including current message data and transmission progress information; obtaining an acknowledgement packet from the output device; and sending transmission progress information in the acknowledgement packet to a persistent storage system, such that the persistent storage system stores the transmission progress information in the acknowledgement packet as input progress information of the current message data.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a method and apparatus for reducing storage space of a parameter table. The method may include: storing the parameter table in a lookup table system configured to compute an output value of a non-linear function according to an input value of the non-linear function, the parameter table including only an index value associated with an input value on one side of a median in a domain of the non-linear function and a parameter value corresponding to the index value; determining, by using a corresponding relationship between the index value associated with the input value on one side and the parameter value corresponding to the index value, a parameter value corresponding to an index value associated with an input value on the other side; and computing the output value by using the input value on the other side and the determined corresponding parameter value.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for identifying a traffic accident, a device and a computer storage medium are disclosed, which relates to the technical fields of intelligent traffic and big data. An implementation includes: acquiring road features, environmental features and road traffic stream features; inputting the road features, the environmental features and the road traffic stream features into a pre-trained traffic-accident identifying model to obtain an accident-information identifying result of a road which at least includes an accident identifying result. In the present application, the accident road may be automatically identified according to the road features, the environmental features and the road traffic stream features. Compared with a traditional manual reporting way, timeliness is stronger, and a coverage rate is higher.
