摘要： A ball chain comprises a sequence of balls and an longitudinally elongated spacing chain having a sequence of holes thereon for receiving the balls. The spacing chain further includes a sequence of spacers interposed between the balls whereby the balls will be separated to each other, at least two longitudinally extended flexible strip and a plurality of transverse flexible connecting beam whose two ends respectively are connected to the longitudinal flexible strip, whereby the spacers attach to said connecting beam through an elastic member. The spacers can accordingly deflect and twist freely and the transverse flexible connecting beam can keep as long as possible and provide the best flexibility for being bent in various directions. Therefore, the ball chain can run in a three-dimensionally direction-chain recirculation channel smoothly and with low resistance.

A lubricant supplying system for achieving such an object comprises a casing fixed to the slide member, a plurality of coating pieces which are protruded from plural positions of the casing so that they are in contact with the track shaft for coating the track shaft with lubricant and a lubricant accommodating chamber provided in the casing for supplying lubricant to the coating piece, wherein the plurality of the coating pieces are divided to groups consisting of one or two or more adjacent coating pieces and the lubricant accommodating chambers is formed for each of the groups.

A resin-formed body for forming a ball circulation passage comprises a pair of ball passage forming portions, a returning passage forming portion and a pair of direction changing passage-inner guide forming portions. The resin-formed body is separately formed from a body of the movable block. At least two portions of (a) the ball passage forming portions, (b) the returning passage forming portion, (c) one of the direction changing passage-inner guide forming portions and (d) another of the of direction changing passage-inner guide forming portions are connected with each other through integral forming so that the resin-formed body can be built in the body of the movable block.

To manufacture the above-mentioned bearing with a compact size yet an appreciable rigidity, a plurality of arc-shaped ball turn channels for turning the direction of circulating balls between the load carrying ball grooves and non-load carrying ball return bores are provided in the end lids that are secured onto the opposite end faces of said cylindrical outer sleeve, while in the outer sleeve, each of the ball return bores is so positioned as seen in the cross section to be closer toward the spline shaft side than the plane including the centers of two adjacent balls present in two adjacent parallel load carrying ball grooves of the outer sleeve.
