摘要： A lubricating device for an escalator or moving walkway provides a lubricant container connected by way of lines with lubrication points which are arranged at a base plate which forms lateral borders for the escalator/moving walkway step belt or plate belt. Sliding pads are provided at the escalator steps of the step belt or at the plates of the plate belt which project slightly beyond the side edges of the steps or plates and, when sliding past the lubrication points, receive lubricant and subsequently transfer it to the base plate.

摘要： Power is recovered from an escalator or a moving walkway as the step orbits an endless track on rollers. A generator is connected to a roller orbiting the track. A battery backup is provided. The power is used for emergency lighting on the step, and for data transmission. Advertising and messages are displayed on a dynamic video screen mounted on the step. The apparatus is mostly contained within the escalator step. Information is communicated wirelessly to a remotely located central control station and back to the step, so as to display information in real time and to update advertising while the escalator is in operation. The central control station also monitors performance parameters. The visual display can include LED lighting.

摘要： A passenger conveyor lifting device lifts a unit that includes a frame body constituting at least one lengthwise direction part of a main frame of a passenger conveyor, and a unit device supported by the frame body. The lifting device includes a lifting attachment fitting and a lifting rope. The lifting attachment fitting includes a pair of attachment bases attached detachably to respective upper surfaces of a pair of side frame portions constituting respective width direction end portions of the frame body, and a reinforcing member connecting the pair of attachment bases above the unit device disposed between the pair of side frame portions. The lifting rope lifts the unit while hooked to the respective side frame portions.

A valve stem including a bore and a plurality of lubricant outlets is generally arranged within the shaft opening. The bore is configured to fluid couple the input opening to each of the lubricant outlets. Each lubricant outlet is associated with and configured to provide lubricant to at least one of the plurality of output openings at a distinct position of the valve stem. The lubrication system may include multiple lubricant distributors connected by a lubrication fluid circuit having a pump, motor and lubricant source.

The foot is bounded on opposite sides by two foot surfaces that are arranged at a foot-surface angle to each other. The foot cradle has two complimentary supporting surfaces against which the foot surfaces rest. The supporting surfaces are vertically movable, allowing the foot and transportation system structure to be raised or lowered, and the vertical adjustment thereby takes place.
