    Abstract: A display apparatus includes: a substrate; light-emitting elements on the substrate; a first light-receiving element on the substrate and arranged next to the light-emitting elements; and a first light-receiving color filter on the first light-receiving element, wherein the first light-receiving element comprises a first transparent light-receiving electrode, a first light-absorbing layer on the first transparent light-receiving electrode, and an opposite electrode on the first light-absorbing layer, the first light-absorbing layer comprises a material that has sensitivity to light of a first, second, and third wavelengths, the first light-receiving color filter is configured to transmit the light of the first wavelength, the light of the first wavelength, second, and third wavelengths are a first one, a second one, and a third one from among green light, red light, and blue light, respectively.

    Abstract: An electronic device includes a base layer and a display element layer including a pixel definition layer having an opening defined therethrough, a light emitting element, and a light receiving element. Each of the light emitting element and the light receiving element includes a first electrode, a hole transport region disposed on the first electrode, an electron transport region disposed on the hole transport region, and a second electrode disposed on the electron transport region. The light emitting element includes a light emitting layer disposed between the hole transport region and the electron transport region. The light receiving element includes a light receiving layer disposed between the hole transport region and the electron transport region and an electron extraction layer, including an n-dopant material, disposed between the light receiving layer and the electron transport region. The light receiving element converts a light incident thereto into an electrical signal.

    Abstract: An organic light-emitting device may include: an anode; a cathode; an organic layer located between the anode and the cathode and including an emission layer; an electron blocking layer located between the anode and the emission layer and in direct contact with the emission layer; and a hole blocking layer located between the cathode and the emission layer and in direct contact with the emission layer.
