    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In an example, a method includes a first node receiving a precision time protocol (PTP) message, identifying one or more timing domains to be supported by the first node based at least in part on the PTP message, and sending, to a second node of the wireless communication network, an indicator of the one or more timing domains to be supported by the first node. Another example at a node includes receiving, from additional nodes of the wireless communication network, indicators of one or more timing domains supported by the additional nodes, receiving a PTP message associated with a timing domain, and sending the PTP message to a subset of the additional nodes based at least in a part on the indicators of one or more timing domains supported by the additional nodes.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Some methods include receiving an indication of a traffic flow to be served by a wireless communication system, determining scheduling information for the traffic flow based on the indication, wherein the scheduling information comprises one or more of a time offset, a reliability, and a minimum throughput of delivery of data traffic for the flow, and transmitting the scheduling information in response to the indication. Some methods include determining delta time offset information relative to one or more existing time offsets of packet arrivals of one or more traffic flows for scheduling transmissions of a first traffic flow in the wireless communication system, and transmitting the delta time offset information to a node of the first traffic flow for scheduling transmissions of the first traffic flow in the wireless communication system.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices providing for media access control (MAC) control element (CE) configuration and triggering of sounding reference signal (SRS) are described. For example, a MAC packet data unit (PDU) may include MAC CEs and may indicate (e.g., via one or more bits in fields included in the MAC PDU, such as a MAC subheader) that one or more MAC CEs include one or more SRS configuration parameters. Such SRS configuration parameters may be used by a wireless device to determine an SRS configuration, or to update or reconfigure SRS configuration parameters of an existing or previously defined SRS configuration. In some cases, downlink control information (DCI) may be coupled to a MAC CE, such that the coupled DCI may provide additional SRS configuration parameters to be used in conjunction with SRS parameters indicated by the MAC CE. In such cases, the MAC PDU may indicate a coupling configuration.

In an example ingress point of a wireless communication network, a method includes receiving a first ethernet frame comprising a precision time protocol (PTP) message at a first node and determining an ingress time for the PTP message, generating a packet data unit (PDU) for transmission to a second node of the wireless communication network based at least in part on the first ethernet frame by overwriting a field in the PTP message with a value corresponding to the ingress time, and sending the PDU to the second node. An egress point method may include receiving a PDU comprising a PTP message, determining an ingress time from a field in the PTP message overwritten with a value corresponding to the ingress time, and determining an adjustment for a timing parameter based at least in part on the ingress time.

    Abstract: Methods, devices, and systems for processing uplink broadcast or multicast (“broadcast/multicast”) packets from a user equipment (UE) and distributing the broadcast/multicast packets to other UEs in a network. In some aspects, a UE may receive, from a base station, a downlink packet comprising broadcast or multicast (broadcast/multicast) Ethernet data for a protocol data unit (PDU) session of the UE with a data network (DN) associated with the base station, determining whether the downlink packet corresponds to an uplink packet previously transmitted to the base station by the UE, discarding the downlink packet for the PDU session based on determining that the UE previously transmitted the corresponding uplink packet comprising the broadcast/multicast Ethernet data for the PDU session to the base station, and processing the downlink packet for the PDU session based on determining that the UE did not previously transmit the corresponding uplink packet.
