Abstract: An approach is provided in which the approach establishes a geo-fence around a user in response to the user invoking a video conversation corresponding to a conversational context. The approach determines an action in response to detecting an entity crossing the geo-fence. The action is based on the entity and the conversational context of the video conversation. The approach invokes the action by transmitting a message to a device in proximity to the entity.

Abstract: Aspects of the present invention disclose a method for managing aggregated comments of a forwarded media based on the sentiments of the forwarded media and relevance to a user. The method includes one or more processors identifying a user based at least in part on information provided by the user. The method further includes accessing user activity data utilizing the information provided by the user. The method further includes generating a first profile corresponding to the user based at least in part on the user activity data. The method further includes determining one or more preferences of the user based at least in part on the generated first profile. The method further includes identifying segments of textual data of forwarded media the user receives based at least in part on the preferences of the user, wherein the textual data corresponds to a comment associated with the forwarded media.

The second message may be received after the original first message. Optionally, some embodiments may further comprise presenting the modified first message to the first participant of the group correspondence for approval, and in response to an approval by the first participant of the group correspondence, presenting the modified first message to one or more other participants of the group correspondence.

Abstract: In an approach to managing merchandise returns, one or more computer processors receive a request from a user for return of a first item purchased from store. Based on the request and the retrieved data associated with the supply chain and the delivery, one or more computer processors determine a proximity of the first item to a location on a delivery itinerary of a courier. One or more computer processors retrieve a geolocation on the delivery itinerary within a proximity threshold of the first item. One or more computer processors add a pickup of the first item to the delivery itinerary in association with the retrieved geolocation.

The method receives a selection selecting a trusted contact from the at least one trusted contact of the user. The method initiates delivery of the goods to the trusted contact on behalf of the user.
