    Abstract: A sub-band scheduling method, including: sending, to a base station on a source sub-band, a first message that carries information about a data attribute requirement of to-be-transmitted data, where the information about the data attribute requirement includes at least one of the following: a transmission delay, a transmission delay type, a data bandwidth requirement, or a packet loss sensitivity; receiving, on the source sub-band, a second message that carries sub-band information of a target sub-band, where the target sub-band is a sub-band that is scheduled by the base station and that meets the data attribute requirement of the to-be-transmitted data, and the sub-band information includes at least one of the following: a sub-band number, a sub-band frequency channel number, a timing advance, an uplink resource allocated by the base station, a sub-band sending power level, or a bandwidth; and transmitting data on the target sub-band according to the sub-band information.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses an uplink data transmission method, a terminal device, and a network device. The method includes: sending, by a terminal device to a network device, information used to request a grant-free transmission resource; receiving, by the terminal device, resource indication information sent by the network device, where the resource indication information is used to indicate a grant-free transmission resource that is allocated by the network device to the terminal device according to the information used to request the grant-free transmission resource; and determining, by the terminal device according to the resource indication information, the transmission resource used for performing grant-free transmission. According to the uplink data transmission method, the terminal device, and the network device in embodiments of the present invention, contention-based uplink data transmission can be implemented, and data transmission efficiency of a system can be improved.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a data transmission method and a terminal. The method includes: detecting, by a terminal in an idle state, whether a logical channel of a first path includes first to-be-transmitted data, and whether a logical channel of a second path includes second to-be-transmitted data; and if it is detected that the logical channel of the first path does not include the first to-be-transmitted data and a length of the second to-be-transmitted data is less than a preset second path transmission data threshold, selecting the second path to transmit the second to-be-transmitted data, where the second to-be-transmitted data includes discontinuously transmitted application data whose length is less than a preset threshold.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a terminal, a base station, a network controller, a system, and a transmission method. The terminal includes: a receiving module, configured to receive configuration information of at least one air interface—specific path sent by a base station, where the air interface—specific path is used to transmit application data corresponding to at least one application; and a sending module, configured to: if the to-be-sent application data is discontinuously transmitted and has a length less than a preset threshold, use the at least one air interface—specific path to send the application data to the base station. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, when a terminal transmits data or signaling that is discontinuous and has a relatively small length, consumption of network signaling resources is reduced, so that a normal network service properly runs.
