Abstract: An HE-LTF transmission method is provided, including: determining, based on a total number NSTS of space-time streams, a number NHELTF of OFDM symbols included in an HE-LTF field; determining a HE-LTF sequence in frequency domain according to a transmission bandwidth and a mode of the HE-LTF field, where the HE-LTF sequence in frequency domain includes but is not limited to a mode of the HE-LTF field sequence that is in a 1× mode and that is mentioned in implementations; and sending a time-domain signal according to the number NHELTF of OFDM symbols and the determined HE-LTF sequence in frequency domain. In the foregoing solution, a PAPR value is relatively low.

Abstract: The disclosure discloses a high-efficiency short training field sequence generation method, a signal sending method, a signal receiving method, and related apparatuses, where the high-efficiency short training sequence generation method includes: increasing frequency domain density of a frequency domain sequence corresponding to a first high-efficiency short training field sequence to generate a frequency domain sequence with increased frequency domain density; generating a second high-efficiency short training field sequence according to the frequency domain sequence with increased frequency domain density; and using the second high-efficiency short training field sequence as a high-efficiency short training field sequence in a preamble sequence of a data transmission frame in a wireless local area network WLAN. In embodiments of the disclosure, a cycle of a high-efficiency short training field sequence used for performing stage-2 AGC adjustment in the WLAN may be increased, and a maximum CSD value that can be used is further increased.

Application of the method and apparatus in the embodiments of the present disclosure enables a receive end to quickly determine the starting position of the feature signal sequence by means of blind detection, and ensures that the receive end quickly completes data processing and status switching.

Abstract: A method includes: generating a packet, where first L time domain sequence bits of a second symbol in the packet are the same as first L time domain sequence bits of an information bearing section in a time domain sequence of a first symbol in the packet, the first symbol includes a cyclic prefix CP and the information bearing section, the second symbol is a symbol following the first symbol, a length of the CP is 16 bits, and a length of the information bearing section is 64 bits, where 1≦L≦64; and sending the packet to a receive end, so that the receive end receives and parses the packet.
