    Abstract: This application discloses a battery module, a battery pack, and a device using a secondary battery. The battery module includes: a battery cell assembly, including at least two battery cells arranged along a third direction, where each of the battery cells includes electrode terminals; and a first busbar, including a main portion and two connecting portions, where an extension direction of the first busbar tilts against the third direction at a preset angle, the two connecting portions are connected to the electrode terminals of the two battery cells in an identical battery cell assembly respectively, the main portion is connected between the two connecting portions, a deformation inducing portion is disposed on the main portion, and the deformation inducing portion is configured to reduce at least a force required for deforming the main portion along a first direction.

    Abstract: The present application discloses a battery and a related apparatus, production method and production device therefor. The battery includes: a battery cell, the battery cell including a pressure relief mechanism configured to be capable of being actuated when an internal pressure or temperature of the battery cell reaches a threshold, to relieve the internal pressure; an attachment component adapted to be attached to the battery cell by an adhesive; and an isolation component configured to be capable of preventing the adhesive from being applied between the attachment component and the pressure relief mechanism. By providing the isolation component, it is possible to prevent the adhesive from being applied between the attachment component and the pressure relief mechanism in an effective manner in a process of battery production. Meanwhile, application efficiency and accuracy of the adhesive could be improved, thereby improving production efficiency of the battery.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a casing for a battery pack and a battery pack. The casing has a receiving space and an opening in communication with the receiving space, the receiving space is formed by a wall portion of the casing, and the wall portion is formed from two or more stacked base plates, between which a plurality of cavities are formed. By forming a plurality of cavities in the wall portion, the casing for a battery pack provided by the present disclosure not only can improve the bearing capacity and the impact resistance of the casing, but also can achieve a thermal management of the battery assembly by filling the plurality of cavities with a phase change material or cooling liquid, which can further improve the mechanical property of the casing with a relatively light weight and relatively high reliability.

    Abstract: This application relates to a battery module and a battery pack. The battery module includes a binding member and battery cell assemblies arranged along a horizontal direction, the battery cell assembly including an upper-layer battery cell and a lower-layer battery cell that are stacked along a vertical direction, the upper-layer battery cell and the lower-layer battery cell interconnected and forming a joint; and the binding member covering the joint, located between two adjacent battery cell assemblies, and fixed to the battery cell assemblies. The battery module includes a binding member and a plurality of battery cell assemblies, and the battery cell assembly includes upper-layer and a lower-layer battery cells stacked along a vertical direction. The upper box body comprises a first eave portion, the lower box body comprises a second eave portion. The fixing member passes through the mounting hole to make the lower box body mounted to external equipment, compared with the conventional battery box, the lower box body is equivalent to the arrangement of eliminating the third eave portion, it simplifies the structure and reduces the weight, thereby improving the energy density.
