Abstract: Techniques are described for wireless communications. In one example, multiple signals including at least a wireless local area network (WLAN) signal and a cellular signal may be received over a bandwidth of an unlicensed radio frequency spectrum band. Digital samples of the signals may be stored in a buffer. At least a portion of the WLAN signal may be reconstructed from the stored digital samples and removed from the stored digital samples before the contents of the buffer are converted to the frequency domain for demodulation and decoding of the cellular signal by a cellular receiver. In another example, multiple signals may be received over a bandwidth of an unlicensed radio frequency spectrum band, and it may be determined whether to apply codeword-level interference cancelation (CWIC) or symbol-level interference cancelation (SLIC) to remove an interference signal in the multiple signals.

Abstract: Monostatic radar with progressive length transmission may be used with half-duplex systems or with full-duplex systems to reduce self-interference. The system transmits a first signal for a first duration and receives a first reflection of the first signal from a first object during a second duration. The system transmits a second signal for a third duration longer than the first duration and receives a second reflection of the second signal from a second object during a fourth duration. The system calculates a position of the first object and the second object based on the first reflection and the second reflection. The first signal, first duration, and second duration are configured to detect reflections from objects within a first distance of the system. The second signal, third duration, and fourth duration are configured to detect reflections from objects between the first distance and a second distance from the system.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for wireless communication that support enhanced positioning operations using a repeater. In a first aspect, a method of wireless communication includes receiving, by the UE, an instruction from a base station (BS) to perform a first signal measurement at a first time and a second signal measurement at a second time; determining, by the UE and based on the instruction, a first signal characteristic of a first signal during the first time corresponding to a time when a first repeater is repeating the first signal from a base station; determining, by the UE and based on the instruction, a second signal characteristic of a second signal during the second time corresponding to a time when the first repeater is not repeating the second signal; and a location of the UE is determined based on the first signal characteristic and the second signal characteristic.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may perform a transmission detection procedure on each base station before combining control information. The UE may use demodulation reference signals (DMRS) as a detection mechanism. If the UE detects a DMRS from a base station, the UE may determine that a control resource set associated with the base station is valid for combining. If the UE does not detect DMRS from the base station, the UE may refrain from combining control information from the base station. In another example, base stations that pass a listen-before-talk (LBT) procedure may transmit a preamble before transmitting control information. A preamble may carry a preamble sequence associated with a specific control resource set. The UE may identify a preamble sequence and determine that the corresponding control resource set is valid for control information combining.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) and base station may be configured to implementing trigger-based joint TX-RX sensing for channel access. In some aspects, the UE may monitor, via a receiver, for one or more transmissions from a first base station, detect, during the monitoring, interference associated with a pre-grant communication, the pre-grant communication associated with a future communication between a second base station a second user equipment, and transmit, via a transmitter, a reservation communication to the second base station in response to the pre-grant communication. In some aspects, the UE may receive the one or more communications from the first base station, without interference from the second base station, based on transmitting the reservation communication.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods and devices for wireless communication including an apparatus, e.g., a UE and/or a base station. In one aspect, the apparatus may determine a CCA threshold corresponding to at least one bandwidth, the at least one bandwidth being associated with a COT sharing procedure. Additionally, the apparatus may signal the adjusted CCA threshold corresponding to the at least one bandwidth to at least one of a node or a base station.
