Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may transmit uplink transmissions according to a frequency hopping pattern. The UE may identify that a first set of uplink transmissions are to be transmitted to a base station by a first set of resources (e.g., a first set of slots, a first set of frequency resources) as indicated by the frequency hopping pattern. The UE may further identify, based on the frequency hopping pattern, that a second set of uplink transmissions are to be transmitted to the base station by a second set of resources (e.g., a second set of slots, a second set of frequency resources). The first set of slots and the second set of slots may each include more than one slot. Additionally, the first and second set of resources may be within a same bandwidth part or in different bandwidth parts.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for channel state information (CSI) report structure for dynamic antenna port adaptation. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) and a network entity may support a CSI report configuration according to which the UE may include a respective set of CSI parameters for each of multiple codebooks. For example, the UE may compute a respective set of CSI parameters for each of multiple codebooks in accordance with a CSI report configuration and may transmit a CSI report including the respective sets of CSI parameters for each of the multiple codebooks. The network entity may use the respective sets of CSI parameters for each of the multiple codebooks to inform a dynamic antenna panel configuration update at the network entity.

Abstract: Wireless positioning accuracy of a user equipment (UE) is impacted by locations of the transmit/receive points (TRPs) and UE for wireless positioning. To improve the accuracy of estimated locations, a geometric dilution of precision (GDOP) may be determined for different groups of candidate TRPs, with the GDOP indicating a potential positioning error associated with the group of candidate TRPs. A UE may determine GDOPs for different combinations of candidate TRPs. One or more devices of a wireless network (e.g., a location server and/or a UE for positioning) may select or exclude one or more candidate TRPs from being used for wireless positioning of a UE based on the determined GDOPs. Exclusion or selection of candidate TRPs for wireless positioning may also be based on quality measurements of PRSs (such as an RSRP or SNR) or a time duration associated with measuring the PRSs from the candidate TRPs to be selected.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, signaling indicating a channel state information (CSI) report configuration. The CSI report configuration may indicate a mapping between one or more CSI reference signal (CSI-RS) resources for use in a dormancy state for one or more secondary cells and at least one antenna panel configuration of the base station. Additionally or alternatively, the UE may receive scheduling information for a downlink shared channel containing an antenna adaptation indication. The UE may transmit a message reporting CSI feedback to the base station in accordance with the antenna adaptation indication.

A user equipment (UE) may receive, from a network entity, control signaling that indicates a sweeping pattern for multiple synchronization signal blocks (SSBs), which repeats over multiple time periods. The multiple SSBs may be multiplexed across a time domain and a frequency domain. Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure relate to wireless communications, and more particularly, to maintain phase coherence for repetitions of uplink channel transmissions across slot boundaries. One example method includes receiving, from a network entity, phase coherence configuration information indicating that the UE is to maintain phase coherence for repetitions of uplink channel transmissions that cross slot boundaries; receiving scheduling information scheduling a plurality of repetitions of an uplink channel transmission; determining, based on the scheduling information, that the scheduled plurality of repetitions of the uplink channel transmission will cross one or more slot boundaries; and transmitting the plurality of repetitions of the uplink channel transmission based on the scheduling information and the phase coherence configuration information.
