Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide methods, devices, and computer program products for model adaptation. The method for model adaptation comprises: receiving, at a first computing device, a data set to be analyzed from a data collector and determining abnormality of the data set to be analyzed using a machine learning model deployed at the first computing device. The method further comprises transmitting, based on the determined abnormality of the data set, at least a portion of data in the data set to a second computing device, for update of the machine learning model, the second computing device having a higher computing capability than the first computing device. The method further comprises obtaining redeployment of the updated machine learning model from the second computing device.

Abstract: Systems and methods for automated management of facility operations and information are described. A portal is provided which stores significant information about the facility, such as regulatory, safety, operational and product information. Users may access the portal by scanning a scannable placard, which may use a QR code. Portal information may be customized based on user type or identity. Useful displays are generated which overlay live, or near-live, sensor readings onto maps, blueprints or images of the facility. Facility operators can use the systems and methods to automate repurchase of materials for the facility. Regulators, consumers, first responders, and others can use the portal to obtain, at a glance, all key information about the facility. Safety is substantially enhanced by the ability to collate all important safety information in one location, and to overlay such information with live readings from the facility.

Abstract: A server including a storage and a controller is communicably connected with a communication terminal. The storage is configured to store a processing data and an analysis data for each of a plurality of analysis targets. The processing data relates to a processing condition for forming a concavo-convex structure on a detection substrate to be used in performing a spectroscopic analysis. The analysis data is used to analyze the analysis target from a spectroscopic spectrum of the analysis target obtained by the spectroscopy analysis. Upon receiving a signal requesting the processing data, the controller is configured to select the processing data corresponding to the analysis target and transmit the selected processing data to the communication terminal. Upon receiving a spectroscopic spectrum, the controller is configured to use the analysis data to analyze the spectroscopic spectrum.

Abstract: System, method, and non-transitory machine-readable media to facilitate adaptive monitoring and authentication control for a premises on which a raised structure is located are disclosed. First sensor-based data received from first sensors may be processed, consequent to the first sensors detecting phenomena on or around a raised structure. A particularized specification of recognized patterns mapped to a first location may be adaptively developed, the particularized specification of the recognized patterns including recognized patterns of sensor input from the first sensors. Second sensor-based data that is based on the first sensors may be processed. A mismatch of the second sensor-based data with respect to the particularized specification of the recognized patterns mapped to the first location may be detected. Activation adjustments in operation of one or both of the first sensors and second sensors may be selectively caused, and subsequent sensor-based data may be collected based on the activation adjustment.

The wireless portal devices are in communication with the IoT sensors. A drone, which includes an imaging device, is in communication with the wireless portal devices. A monitoring device gathers and analyzes information from the wireless portal devices using generative adversarial networks (GANs). The monitoring device communicates results of the analysis to an agricultural resource such as the drone to improve productivity.
