摘要: An exercise apparatus for performing one or more exercises is described. The exercise includes at least one support structure, one or more elastic bands, and a back support member. The one or more elastic bands is coupled to the at least one support structure at one end of the one or more elastic bands. The back support member is arranged in an inclined position such that a first end of the back support member is detachably coupled to the at least one support structure and a second end of the back support member is supported at a surface positioned at a height lower than a height at which the first end is positioned. The one or more elastic bands are configured to assist a user during one or more exercises, where the back support member configured to support a body of the user.

摘要: The present disclosure provides an exercise apparatus designed to allow a user to perform a gluteal bridge, typically with resistance, to improve the strength of the user's posterior hip and gluteal muscles. The exercise apparatus is configurable for use in different environments—in a gym, fitness center or training facility, a spa or studio, or a home gym. The exercise apparatus includes a frame assembly, a bench assembly, and a resistance assembly. The bench assembly is pivotally connected to the frame assembly to provide an elevated pivot point about which the bench assembly pivots when the user performs the gluteal bridge movement. The resistance assembly is operably connected to the bench assembly and provides a resistance force that the user overcomes in order to pivotally move the bench through the gluteal bridge movement. The resistance assembly can include a cable, pulley and weight stack, or an elastically deformable band.

摘要: A reduced friction massage and exercise device, which includes a base frame and at least one anchoring arrangement for anchoring a first body part of a user. A reduced friction surface is mounted onto the base frame, and includes a plurality of ball transfer units arranged such that adjacent ball transfer units engage one another. Each of the motion transfer balls is adapted for omnidirectional rotation relative to a corresponding housing element and independently of other the motion transfer balls. The reduced friction surface is adapted to have a second body part of the user placed thereon during performing of a physical activity applying force to the second body part, while reducing friction between the second body part and the surface.

摘要: An eccentric column structure of a waist twisting exercise machine is provided which includes a base, a cushion, and an eccentric column assembled between the base and the cushion. The cushion is supported above the base through the eccentric column, so that the seat height of the cushion is slightly higher than the height of knees of an average adult, thereby enabling riding in a relatively comfortable and ergonomic posture, and enabling exercising movements of rotating and waist twisting by using two feet landing on the ground as points of force application. In addition, the eccentric column is integrally formed by a bending processing of a metal pipe column, which not only avoids the formation of seams during assembly or structural weaknesses derived from welding, but also greatly enhances the overall strength of the structure, thereby being conducive to prolonging the service life and safety of the exercise machine.

Versions are also described with more wheels and more motors.
