    Abstract: A method for wireless communication by a user equipment (UE) includes transmitting a first message indicating whether a first neighbor cell measurement is supported without a first measurement gap, when the first neighbor cell and/or a serving cell comprise a non-terrestrial network (NTN) cell. The method also includes receiving a measurement gap configuration for the first neighbor cell measurement, based on the first message indicating the first neighbor cell measurement is supported with a measurement gap.

    Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a method of wireless communication performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving positioning reference signal (PRS) configuration information for PRS signals transmitted by at least one transmission/reception point (TRP), the PRS configuration information comprising beam information associated with the PRS signals. The method also includes determining a subset of the PRS signals based at least on the beam information associated with the PRS signals. The method also includes monitoring the subset of the PRS signals and not monitoring PRS signals not in the subset. The UE may save power by monitoring the relevant subset of the PRS signals and by not monitoring PRS signals not in the subset. The techniques may be applied to TRPs in a terrestrial network, TRPs a non-terrestrial network, or both.

    Abstract: Apparatus, methods, and computer-readable media for indicating repetition for messages without relying on RRC signaling are disclosed herein. An example method for wireless communication at a UE includes receiving, before performing an RRC configuration procedure or an RRC reconfiguration procedure, a first communication scheduling a first data transmission with associated feedback. The first communication may include first information associated with the first data transmission and a first redundancy version indicator (rv Index). The example method also includes attempting to receive the first data transmission based on the first information. The example method also includes transmitting, based on the first rv Index, a first quantity of repetitions of first data feedback for the first data transmission.

For example, then systems and techniques can include determining, at the network entity, a transmission timing compensation between a first reference signal and a second reference signal. The first reference signal can be transmitted using a first communication link. The second reference signal can be transmitted based on an offset determined based on the transmission timing compensation, wherein the second reference signal is transmitted suing a second communication link. The offset can be used to offset transmission of the second reference signal from transmission of the first reference signal.
