Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure include methods, apparatuses, and computer readable media for radio link failure recovery and beam failure recovery on a secondary cell group (SCG) in dormancy state. In an example, a user equipment (UE) may determine the UE has entered a dormant state with respect to the SCG of a secondary node (SN) having a primary SCG cell (PSCell). The UE may monitor the PSCell to detect a beam failure or a radio link failure while the UE is in the dormant state with respect to the SCG. The UE may transmit, to the SN, a report based on the beam failure or the radio link failure on the PSCell being detected.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a configuration signal identifying reference signal resources for a channel measurement procedure performed on a multi-band channel, the configuration signal further identifying parameters of a feedback message associated with the channel measurement procedure, the parameters comprising a set of coherence bandwidth metrics for the multi-band channel that are to be indicated in the feedback message. The UE may perform the channel measurement procedure using the reference signal resources to identify the set of coherence bandwidth metrics for the multi-band channel. The UE may transmit the feedback message indicating the set of coherence bandwidth metrics.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) may receive an indicator that indicates cancellation of one or more scheduled transmissions on a group of resources. The indicator has a format that is configurable to indicate whether scheduled transmissions in a downlink direction, an uplink direction, or both are cancelled. The indicator may include an indication of the group of resources and zero or more flags indicating a direction of transmissions that are canceled, or the indicator may include two or more groups of resources that each apply to one or both of the downlink direction or the uplink direction. The UE may cancel one or more transmissions in response to the indicator.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates generally to wireless communications, and more particularly, to techniques for self-interference measurement (SIM) at a user equipment (UE). An apparatus for wireless communications may determine downlink (DL) symbols for measuring a self-interference (SI) between an active uplink (UL) transmit (Tx) beam of the UE and an active downlink (DL) receive (Rx) beam of the UE. The active uplink (UL) transmit (Tx) beam may be based on an uplink (UL) subcarrier spacing (SCS), and the active downlink (DL) receive (Rx) beam may be based on a downlink (DL) subcarrier spacing (SCS). The apparatus may perform a self-interference measurement (SIM) between the active uplink (UL) transmit (Tx) beam and the active downlink (DL) receive (Rx) beam. The apparatus may output for transmission, to a network entity, a report of the at least one self-interference measurement (SIM).
