Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described in which a network entity may operate using multiple operation modes, where different operation modes are associated with different energy consumption. A network entity may provide one or more user equipment (UE) with a set of operation modes, and each operation mode of the set of operation modes may be selectable for communications between the one or more UEs and the network entity for associated time intervals. The network entity and one or more UEs may communicate using a first operation mode, and the network entity may provide an indication of a second operation mode (e.g., a lower power mode). Based on the indication of the second operation mode, the one or more UEs and the network entity may communicate according to the second operation mode for the time interval associated with the second operation mode.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive demodulation reference signals (DMRSs) in multiple physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) reception occasions. The UE may perform joint channel estimation using the DMRSs in the multiple PDSCH reception occasions. The UE may transmit a feedback message after a processing time that includes an offset associated with the joint channel estimation, wherein the processing time starts after a last symbol of a PDSCH reception occasion of the multiple PDSCH reception occasions and ends before a first symbol of the feedback message. A user equipment (UE) may receive a first message that includes information indicative of an inter-band carrier aggregation configuration that identifies a set of cells for communication by the network node. Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for bandwidth part (BWP) dynamic adaptation in accordance with an energy level at a user equipment (UE). In some systems, the UE may implement techniques for power savings by operating according to a narrower BWP in accordance with an energy level at the UE. In some implementations, the UE may reduce the bandwidth size of the active BWP if the UE energy level satisfies a threshold. The UE may transmit signaling to the network indicating that the bandwidth size of the active BWP is reduced. Additionally, or alternatively, the UE may fall back to a default BWP if the UE energy level satisfies a threshold. For example, the UE may fall back to the default BWP prior to expiration of a timer configured to trigger the UE to fall back to the default BWP.
