    Abstract: An intent to return a product from a recipient that includes information about the product is received. An optimal social media influencer is selected from a plurality of social media influencers, based on the product information and the location of the product recipient, and information and location associated with respective influencers of the plurality of social media influencers. An agreement document is sent to the selected optimal social media influencer, and the agreement includes terms for the influencer to provide a posting of an activity associated with the product on a social media platform. In response to receiving a response accepting the agreement document, delivery information that includes a destination associated with the selected social media influencer is generated, and the delivery information associated with the selected optimal social media influencer is sent to the recipient of the product from which a shipping label can be printed.

    Abstract: Techniques are described with respect to management of streaming content. An associated computer-implemented method includes registering an event with a streaming platform and detecting from a client system of a streaming contributor unsanctioned streaming content captured from the event. The computer-implemented method further includes determining whether a selected portion of the unsanctioned streaming content includes a token associated with the event. Responsive to determining that the selected portion of the unsanctioned streaming content includes the token, the computer-implemented method further includes regulating the unsanctioned streaming content according to a media infringement policy implemented by the streaming platform. According to an embodiment, the token is a barcode or a visual representation included on at least one artifact placed at a site of the event.

    Abstract: An online store offering a product that is currently unavailable can still fulfill an order for the product by querying a multi-store inventory database to see if the product is available from brick-and-mortar stores near the customer. Proximity of local stores is based on a customer location in the customer's profile. Local store selection can be based on product matching policies such as a threshold price difference for the product compared to the online store price. If the customer approves local store pickup, the service generates a voucher to purchase the product directly from the local stores, and presents it to the customer via the online presence. The customer can then redeem the voucher at any of the indicated local stores and pick up the product. When the system receives confirmation of redemption of the voucher, a credit is issued from the online store to the local store.

    Abstract: Embodiments herein disclose computer-implemented methods, computer program products and computer systems for tracking consolidated shipment orders. The computer-implemented method may include one or more processors configured for detecting a point-of-sale (POS) webpage displayed on a user interface of a computing device; determining user authorization exists to automatically track and consolidate shipment orders detected on the POS webpage; scraping product purchase data from the POS webpage, the product purchase data corresponding to a product and a shipping service; accessing a user email account to retrieve product purchase confirmation data corresponding to the product purchase data; comparing the product purchase data and the product purchase confirmation data to generate an overlap score; and validating the product purchase data and the product purchase confirmation data if the overlap score satisfies a predetermined threshold.

The unauthorized person is not permitted to view the collaboration board. A security response is performed on the collaboration board regarding the one or more content elements. The security response is performed responsive to identifying the unauthorized person.
