    Abstract: A method for sending a synchronization signal in a relay system, and an apparatusthe method including receiving, by a relay node, synchronization signal information sent by a parent node through an air interface, where the synchronization signal information comprises at least one of a subcarrier spacing of a synchronization signal, information about an operating frequency band of the relay node, information about a physical broadcast channel of the relay node, a synchronization signal periodicity, or indication information of a synchronization signal obtaining manner, and sending, by the relay node, the synchronization signal based on the synchronization signal information.

One example method includes obtaining, by a distributed unit (DU) side of a first node, a first resource configuration and at least one second resource configuration, where the first resource configuration indicates the DU side of the first node to communicate with at least one of a terminal device or a second node by using the first resource configuration, the second resource configuration indicates the DU side of the first node to communicate with the second node by using the second resource configuration, the first node is a relay node, and the second node is a child node of the first node. The DU side of the first node can then communicate with the at least one of the terminal device or the second node.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a resource configuration method and a communication apparatus.     Abstract: This application discloses a channel measurement method and apparatus. A network device sends downlink signaling, to indicate or activate a beam. A terminal device determines the beam indicated or activated by using the downlink signaling, determines, based on an association relationship between a beam and a channel measurement configuration, a channel measurement configuration associated with the beam, performs channel measurement based on the channel measurement configuration, to obtain a channel measurement result, and reports the channel measurement result to the network device. According to the channel measurement solution in this application, when channel quality of a new beam needs to be measured, the network device does not need dedicated signaling to indicate a channel measurement configuration associated with the new beam. When the beam is indicated or activated, the terminal device is triggered to perform channel measurement, to implement low-latency and low-overhead channel measurement.
