Abstract: A method, an apparatus, a UE, and a base station for transmitting a HARQ-ACK are disclosed. The method includes: determining a channel for transmitting a HARQ-ACK; determining a HARQ-ACK feedback bit; and sending the HARQ-ACK feedback bit on the channel. According to this application, transmission of a HARQ-ACK between a UE and a base station can be implemented in a scenario where carrier aggregation is performed between base stations having a non-ideal backhaul.

Abstract: Embodiments provide a uplink channel transmission method. Scheduling information from the network device can be received by a terminal device. The scheduling information indicates uplink time-frequency resources carrying at least one uplink channel. a first uplink channel is carried on a first uplink time-frequency resource, and the first uplink time-frequency resource occupies M subbands in the N subbands in frequency domain, M≥2. The M subbands can be detected by the terminal device to determine, from the first uplink time-frequency resource, a second uplink time-frequency resource usable by the terminal device. The second uplink time-frequency resource occupies K subbands in the M subbands in frequency domain, and M>K≥1. The first uplink channel can be sent by the terminal device by using the second uplink time-frequency resource.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a signal transmission method, a terminal device, and an access network device, to increase a probability of sending a signal on an unlicensed spectrum resource. The method may include determining, by a terminal device, that permission to use a channel is obtained at any time point within a time window, a start time point of the time window is a start time point of a symbol, an end time point of the time window is a second time point, the second time point is within a time occupied by the symbol, a signal includes at least an actual cyclic prefix and an information segment, duration of the actual cyclic prefix is less than or equal to a time length between the start time point of the symbol and the second time point. The method may also include sending, by the terminal device, the signal from the first time point.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for determining contention window information. The method includes: determining contention window information of a second uplink burst of a user equipment (UE) according to a receiving state of a reference subframe; generating at least one piece of control signaling for scheduling at least one uplink subframe in the second uplink burst; and sending the at least one piece of control signaling to the UE. According to the method and an apparatus for determining contention window information in the embodiments of the present disclosure, the control signaling is sent to the UE, so that the contention window information of the UE can be adjusted, the UE can obtain an appropriate contention window information, and fair channel access is implemented through channel sensing based on random backoff.

The terminal device receives random access configuration information from a base station, and determines a random access channel, a base frequency, and at least two frequency hopping intervals according to the random access configuration information. The terminal device sends, over the random access channel, random access signals to the base station using frequencies determined according to the base frequency and the N frequency hopping intervals. The terminal device may send the random access signals over the random access channel to the base station according to the base frequency the frequency hopping intervals and a frequency hopping pattern.

In a base station provided in embodiments of the present invention, a processor is configured to: determine a data transmission resource, where the data transmission resource is a short-TTI data transmission resource, and the short-TTI data transmission resource is less than a length of one subframe or is less than 1 ms in time domain; and a transceiver is configured to: send DCI to a terminal device, where the DCI is used to indicate the data transmission resource; and perform data transmission with the terminal device on the data transmission resource.

The method further includes determining, by the terminal device according to a time at which the downlink control information is sent, a time window for sending uplink information, and sending, by the terminal device, the uplink information within the time window, where a start moment T1 of the time window is within the first time unit or a second time unit immediately after the first time unit.
