    Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a battery, a power consumption apparatus, and a method and apparatus for producing a battery. The battery includes: a battery cell, provided with a pressure relief mechanism, the pressure relief mechanism being configured to be actuated when an internal pressure or temperature of the battery cell reaches a threshold, to relieve the internal pressure; a bus component, configured to be electrically connected to the battery cell; an electrical cavity, configured to accommodate the battery cell and the bus component; a collecting cavity, configured to collect emissions from the battery cell when the pressure relief mechanism is actuated; and a sealing structure, disposed in an airflow path formed between the pressure relief mechanism and a wall of the electrical cavity and configured to prevent the emissions from reaching the bus component when the pressure relief mechanism is actuated.

    Abstract: A battery may include: a battery cell; a housing to accommodate the battery cell, where the housing may include a pressure relief structure to release, out of the housing, emissions induced by thermal runaway of the battery cell; and a charging connector to be electrically connected to the battery cell. The charging connector may include a body portion disposed on a side that is of the housing and that is oriented back from the battery cell, and covers the pressure relief structure. The emissions induced by thermal runaway of the battery cell are able to pass through the pressure relief structure and act on the body portion so that at least a part of the body portion may be triggered to move away from the battery cell to electrically disconnect the charging connector from the battery cell.

The battery includes: a battery cell, including a pressure relief mechanism, wherein the pressure relief mechanism is disposed on a first wall of the battery cell; a thermal management component, wherein a first surface of the thermal management component is attached to the first wall, and the thermal management component is provided with a pressure relief hole opposite to the pressure relief mechanism; and a baffle configured to cover a part of the pressure relief hole, so that when the pressure relief mechanism is actuated, a discharge direction of the emissions entering the pressure relief hole is changed. The battery, the power consumption device, the method and the device for producing the battery provided in the embodiments of the present application can enhance safety of batteries.

The battery includes: a battery cell comprising a pressure relief mechanism, at least a portion of the pressure relief mechanism protruding outward from a first wall of the battery cell, and the pressure relief mechanism being configured, when an internal pressure or temperature of the battery cell reaches a threshold, to be actuated to release the internal pressure; a thermal management component for containing a fluid to adjust a temperature of the battery cell; wherein a first surface of thermal management component is attached to the first wall of the battery cell, the first surface of thermal management component is provided with an avoidance chamber, and the avoidance chamber is configured to accommodate the at least portion of the pressure relief mechanism. According to the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application, the safety of the battery can be enhanced.
