摘要: A print system includes a digital camera serving as an information device for storing image data, order reception servers adapted for accepting a print order from a digital camera and connected to the digital camera over a network, and a registration center server for managing the information in an order reception server which can accept a print order from the digital camera. When the digital camera sets up communication with the order reception server, the digital camera inquires the URL of the order reception server of the registration center server over the network. The registration center server sends the URL of the order reception server which can accept a print order from the digital camera to the digital camera. The digital camera sets up communication with the order reception server of the URL acquired from the registration center server.

摘要: This low profile key switch structure provides a substantial reduction in the height or thickness of a key switch as compared to conventional and other low profile switches. Substantial height reduction in key switch structures allows the size and thickness of notebook-type personal computers and the like to be similarly reduced. One feature of this low profile key switch structure is that unlike in conventional key switch structures the membrane switch and frame structures do not over lap to cause unnecessary height in the structure. Another feature of this key switch structure is that the frames are formed to include the free motion range limiters. The frames are further formed so that they may be embedded in the reinforcing base plate in such a manner that allows the height of the key switch to be further reduced. This low profile key switch structure is also designed to eliminate unwanted key top movement that often occurs in conventional and other switches when the key top is depressed.

摘要: An automatic focusing apparatus uses an image signal provided by a lens system of a camera for focusing the taking lens system. The apparatus includes: a lens system; a pickup element for converting the optical image of an object formed by the lens system into a corresponding electric signal; a signal processing circuit which processes the output signal of the pickup element to provide two focus signals corresponding to the respective quantities of horizontal and vertical high-frequency components of the object in an image plane; a lens driving mechanism for driving the lens system; and a control unit for controlling the lens driving mechanism according to the two focus signals to focus the lens system. Preferably, the apparatus further includes: a detector for detecting the condition of the object or the viewing conditions and a changeover circuit for changing over the characteristics of the signal processing circuit on the basis of the output of the detector. The additional use of information about the vertical direction enables the focusing of the lens system for any object including a horizontal line. Since the characteristics of the signal processing circuit are changed selectively according to the condition of the object or the viewing conditions, a stable and accurate focusing operation can be achieved regardless of the variation of the condition of the object.
