摘要: An integral cooling system for a turbine casing and guide vanes in an aeroengine is provided, belonging to the field of research on flow and heat exchange of a turbine casing in an aeroengine. An inner guide ring and multiple of guide vanes are mounted on the turbine casing; the cooling system includes an electromagnetic pump, a heat exchanger, an expansion joint and a cooling pipeline; an annular cavity is provided in the turbine casing, the cooling pipeline is mounted on the inner wall of the annular cavity and periodically and uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the turbine casing, and the cooling pipeline is filled with cooling liquid; a mounting cavity is further provided in the turbine casing, and the mounting cavity communicates with the annular cavity; the electromagnetic pump, the expansion joint and the heat exchanger are all mounted in the mounting cavity.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to an exoskeleton robot for expectoration assistance and a control method. In the exoskeleton robot, a respiratory sensor acquires a respiratory signal of a user to be assisted; a positive pressure module covers an upper abdomen of the user to be assisted; a negative pressure module is arranged on an outer wall of a thoracic cavity of the user to be assisted and wraps the whole thoracic cavity, and a negative pressure cavity is formed between a housing of the negative pressure module and the outer wall of the thoracic cavity; in an inhalation state, the rigidity of the housing of the negative pressure module increases; in an exhalation state, the rigidity of the housing of the negative pressure module decreases; the control module is respectively connected with the respiratory sensor, the positive pressure module, and the negative pressure module.

摘要: An anti-torsion solid-core polarization-maintaining photonic crystal fiber includes a cladding having an inner layer arranged around the core and an outer layer between the inner layer and the outer wall of the cladding. The inner layer has multi-layer air holes used to construct optical properties and two micron-size air holes arranged along the x-axis extending in the center producing form birefringence. The outer layer includes multi-layer air holes arranged radially along the y-axis. The size and arrangement of the multi-layer air holes in the outer layer cause the bending stiffness of the photonic crystal fiber along the x-axis to be different from that along the y-axis. While meeting the requirements of the optical properties of the fiber, the photonic crystal fiber possesses an anti-torsion ability due to the anisotropy of stress distribution in the radial direction, thereby reducing the non-reciprocal phase difference generated by the magneto-optic Faraday Effect.

摘要: The embodiments of the present disclosure disclose subsurface scattering calculation method for translucent material rendering, which relates to the clipping and polynomial fitting of brute-force Monte Carlo photon tracking experimental results to accurately represent the energy attenuation of subsurface scattering in distance. On this basis, an average free path and a single scattering rate are used to determine the relationship of each term in the multinomial fitting formula so as to facilitate the calculation and adjustment of the reflection profile. In the end, through a new real-time importance sampling solution, the outgoing radiation from any point on the object surface is calculated by the Monte Carlo method. This importance sampling solution is also applicable to any other subsurface scattering calculation model. By combining this subsurface scattering calculation result with other results, such as highlight reflection, any translucent material object can be rendered accurately and efficiently.

摘要: The present invention relates to a system and its control method for press-fit equipment for shaft-hole fit parts. The automatic press-fit control system mainly includes a control center, a loading and unloading control subsystem, a visual inspection subsystem, and a press-fit control subsystem, and each subsystem communicates with the control center through a communication interface.
