    Abstract: Aspects presented herein may enable a transmitting entity, such as a base station, to indicate to one or more receiving entities that SSBs of one or more cells (which may include the transmitting entity) are to be transmitted with modified configurations. The method may also enable the transmitting entity to transmit modified SSBs to enable network energy saving. In one aspect, a base station configures one or more cells of a plurality of cells with one or more modified SSBs associated with an ES mode. The base station transmits an indication of the one or more cells associated with a transmission of the one or more modified SSBs, the transmission of the one or more modified SSBs corresponding to an ES mode at the one or more cells, the one or more cells being associated with the base station or at least one other base station.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive information indicating a first slot format, wherein the information indicates one or more symbols associated with a full duplex (FD) format. The UE may perform communication based on a second slot format until a time period after the reception of the information indicating the first slot format, wherein the second slot format is prior to the first slot format. The UE may perform at least one of half duplex (HD) communication or FD communication in accordance with the first slot format after the time period has elapsed.     Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatuses for efficient signaling of feedback regarding communications of a relaying operation. In some aspects, a relay node may defer feedback regarding reception of a first communication until relaying feedback regarding the payload of the first communication, thereby reducing overhead and signaling burden. In some aspects, a relay node may skip the transmission of feedback regarding the first communication altogether, either on the assumption that the link between the relay node and the first wireless node is reliable, or on the basis of the first wireless node being able to infer the reception of the first communication based on subsequent communications. In some aspects, a relay node may be enabled to skip forwarding of feedback from a second wireless node, such that the first wireless node can infer that the payload was received if no negative feedback associated with the payload is received.

    Abstract: Aspects described herein relate to providing dynamic frequency division multiplexing (FDM) within a component carrier (CC) for use by integrated access and backhaul (TAB) nodes. A configuration can be communicated for each cell of the IAB node indicating multiple resource availability combinations with each resource availability combination corresponding to resource block (RB) sets over multiple slots. A downlink control information (DCI) indicating one resource availability combination of the multiple resource availability combinations for one or more cells of the IAB node can be communicated as well. The IAB node can communicate, in a slot, over one or more RB sets of the multiple configured RB sets in symbols indicated as available by the one resource availability combination.

    Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for admission control in a network (e.g., an Integrated Access and Backhaul (IAB) network). Certain aspects provide a method for wireless communication by a first base station (BS). The method generally includes sending, to an IAB-node, a request message requesting to setup or modify a context for a child node of a first logical IAB-distributed unit (DU) of the IAB-node, wherein the first logical IAB-DU is associated with the first BS, sending an indication to the IAB-node that the child node is currently served by the IAB-node at a second logical IAB-DU of the IAB-node, wherein the second logical IAB-DU is associated with a second BS, and receiving an acknowledgment message from the IAB-node based at least in part on the indication to the IAB-node.

    Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for handover in an Integrated Access and Backhaul (IAB) network or other type of network. One example method which may be performed by a source base station (BS) includes: determining to migrate a child node from a first logical IAB-distributed unit (DU) of an IAB-node to a second logical IAB-DU of the IAB-node, wherein the first logical IAB-DU is associated with the source BS, and wherein the second logical IAB-DU is associated with a target BS; sending, to the target BS, context information of the child node served by the first logical IAB-DU in response to the determination; and indicating, to the target BS, a traffic mapping configuration at the IAB-node associated with the context information and a backhaul connection of the IAB-node.
