    Abstract: Apparatus, methods, and computer program products for PHY priority for wireless communications are provided. An example apparatus may multiplex a first uplink control information transmission based on a first uplink control information resource and a second uplink control information transmission based on a second uplink control information resource that overlaps in time with the first uplink control information resource, at least one of the first uplink control information resource and the second uplink control information resource being for full-duplex communication. The example apparatus may determine, based on applying a multiplexing rule on the full-duplex communication, whether to use the first uplink control information resource associated with a first beam or the second uplink control information resource associated with a second beam. The example apparatus may transmit a multiplexed uplink control information transmission using a determined uplink control information resource based on the multiplexing rule.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may store configurations for candidate physical cell identifiers (PCIs) that the UE may select from for inter-cell mobility. A base station or a UE or both may identify a first configuration indicating a number of configured PCIs for inter-cell mobility operations. The base station or the UE or both may identify a second configuration indicating a number of selected PCIs for inter-cell mobility operations. In some cases, the selected PCIs may be a subset of the configured PCIs. Identifying the number of configured PCIs and the number of selected PCIs by the base station and UE may be based on a capability report configured by the UE. The UE and the base station may perform an inter-cell mobility operation based on stored cell configurations associated with the configured PCIs and the selected PCIs.

In some aspects, a first network entity may support one or more mechanisms according to which the first network entity may measure cross-link interference (CLI) from a second network entity and report one or more interference metrics associated with the measured CLI on a per-subband basis. The first network entity may receive an indication of a set of subbands, measure a set of interference metrics associated with the indicated set of subbands, and transmit a measurement report to indicate or otherwise convey information associated with at least a subset of the measured interreference metrics.     Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for cross-link interference (CLI) measurement in subband full-duplex (SBFD) operation. In some aspects, a first user equipment (UE) may measure CLI from a second UE during a SBFD symbol in one or more uplink subbands or in one or more downlink subbands, or in a combination thereof. The first UE and a network entity may support one or more prioritization rules associated with one or both of a capability of the first UE and potential scheduling conflicts at the first UE during the SBFD symbol. In some aspects, the first UE may measure a CLI reference signal transmitted by the second UE in one or more uplink subbands and in one or more downlink subbands allocated to the first UE to obtain an inter-subband CLI measurement and an intra-subband CLI measurement.

    Abstract: A first user equipment (UE) receives a configuration of a channel state information (CSI) report from a base station. The configuration includes an indication of a sounding reference signal (SRS) or uplink demodulation reference signal (DMRS) transmitted from a second UE as an interference measurement resource (IMR). The base station configures the second UE to transmit the SRS or the uplink DMRS on the IMR. The first UE measures the IMR to determine a cross-link interference of the second UE to the first UE. The UE transmits the CSI report. The CSI report includes at least one channel characteristic that takes into account the cross-link interference of the second UE. The CSI report may include information for a plurality of CSI-RS resource indicators (CRIs), each CRI associated with a same channel measurement resource (CMR) and a different IMR corresponding to a different second UE.

A UE may identify one or more measurement parameters to use for input in a machine learning (ML) model. In some cases, the measurement parameters may include reference signal received power measurements or a past set of timing advance (TA) values for a specific node. The UE may predict the TA based on inputting the measurement parameters into the ML model. The UE may transmit an uplink communication from the UE to a network entity using the TA predicted from the ML model.     Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for configuring multi-beam full-duplex communication that allows a device (e.g., user equipment (UE) or base station) to contemporaneously perform both uplink and downlink communication over the same frequency band. Because of the full duplex communication capability provided by the present disclosure, the NR system may achieve reduced latency and improved spectrum and resource efficiency, thereby accommodating a growing demands for the wireless communication. The full duplex communication capability may be achieved by implementing downlink control information (DCI) format that specifies to the UE the beam assignments for contemporaneous transmission (Tx) and reception (Rx). Particularly, beams may be selected such that the beam(s) assigned for communication are independent and uncorrelated, and therefore provide sufficient beam diversity in order to mitigate the limitations of current systems, including self-interference that has hindered implementation of full duplex communication in current systems.
