Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for reference cell configuration are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a signal indicating a delta cell configuration for each candidate cell in a set of one or more candidate cells, the set of one or more candidate cells associated with a reference cell configuration. The UE may monitor for transmissions from candidate cells in the set of one or more candidate cells to identify a target cell, the target cell comprising a candidate cell from the set of one or more candidate cells. The UE may perform a cell mobility procedure with the target cell using the delta cell configuration of the candidate cell and the reference cell configuration of the set of one or more candidate cells.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described to enable one or both of a base station or a user equipment (UE) to identify one or more physical cell identifiers (PCIs) for a scheduled communication, using an association between the one or more PCIs and a control resource set (CORESET), for example, used to transmit a grant scheduling the communication. The base station may identify a mapping between one or more PCIs associated with a communication and may transmit, to the UE, a grant scheduling the communication on a CORESET associated with the one or more PCIs. The UE may identify a mapping between the CORESET and the one or more PCIs associated with the communication based on receiving the grant in the CORESET. The UE and the base station may communicate a message scheduled by the grant using parameters associated with the one or more identified PCIs.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates generally to wireless communications, and more particularly, to techniques for self-interference measurement (SIM) at a user equipment (UE). An apparatus for wireless communications may determine downlink (DL) symbols for measuring a self-interference (SI) between an active uplink (UL) transmit (Tx) beam of the UE and an active downlink (DL) receive (Rx) beam of the UE. The active uplink (UL) transmit (Tx) beam may be based on an uplink (UL) subcarrier spacing (SCS), and the active downlink (DL) receive (Rx) beam may be based on a downlink (DL) subcarrier spacing (SCS). The apparatus may perform a self-interference measurement (SIM) between the active uplink (UL) transmit (Tx) beam and the active downlink (DL) receive (Rx) beam. The apparatus may output for transmission, to a network entity, a report of the at least one self-interference measurement (SIM).

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may identify uplink control information to be transmitted using a first carrier of a carrier group associated with a cell group. The UE may select a second carrier of the carrier group to transmit the uplink control information based at least in part on a type of uplink control information to be transmitted, a priority level associated with the uplink control information, a timing for transmission of the uplink control information with respect to an associated downlink transmission, or a combination thereof. The UE may transmit the uplink control information to one or more cells in the cell group using the second carrier.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A wireless communication device (e.g., a user equipment (UE)) may receive information indicative of sets of resources for performing a cross link interference (CLI) measurement during one or more subband full-duplex (SBFD) symbols or one or more non-SBFD symbols. Additionally, the information may indicate additional sets of resources for reporting results of the CLI measurement. The wireless communication device may perform the CLI measurement using one of the sets of resources based on whether the CLI measurement is performed in one or more SBFD symbols or one or more non-SBFD symbols. In some examples, the wireless communication device may transmit a report indicating the results of the CLI measurement using a respective additional set of resources.

Abstract: Method and apparatus for a beam report triggering autonomous beam mode selection. The apparatus measures an RSRP of a current beam and at least one beam. The apparatus selects a beam mode for communication with the base station based on the RSRP report of the current beam and the at least one beam. The apparatus provides, to a base station, an RSRP report of the current beam and the at least one beam. The apparatus communicates with the base station based on a selected beam mode. The apparatus may maintain communication with the current beam. The apparatus may enable a beam hopping mode for communication with the base station. The apparatus may switch to a different beam for communication with the base station, wherein the different beam comprises a beam from the at least one beam.
