    摘要: The invention relates to a permanently-excited electrical machine with a stator and a rotor. The stator has a coil arrangement and the rotor is provided with permanent magnet elements, or the rotor comprises a coil arrangement and the stator is provided with permanent magnet elements. An air gap is formed between the stator and the rotor, which is defined by the permanent magnet elements and magnetically conductive teeth of the stator, which are aligned with these in certain positions. The coil arrangement comprises at least one hollow cylindrical winding which is at least partially accommodated in the stator. The rotor has a magnetic return on the sides of the permanent magnet elements, which are remote from the air gap. The magnetic return is formed of rings which are oriented in the circumferential direction of the rotor, and which in the axial direction of the rotor are not wider than individual ones of the permanent magnet elements. Electrically/magnetically effective short-circuit coils are arranged between neighbouring permanent magnet elements in the axial direction of the electrical machine and/or neighbouring magnetic return rings in the axial direction.

The method comprises the steps of : providing a first tube like element, wherein said first tube like element has an inner diameter that corresponds to an outer diameter of said rotor, providing a second tube like element, wherein said second tube like element has an inner diameter that is larger than an outer diameter of said first tube like element, inserting said first tube like element into said second tube like element, in order to create a hollow space between them, inserting a number of magnet elements into said hollow space, and inserting said rotor into said first tube like element, whereupon said magnet elements are in a tight fit arrangement between said first tube like element and said second tube like element.

    摘要: An inner sleeve, having threads on each end, is formed on a motor or generator rotor. A pair of stub shafts are threadably attached to the inner sleeve at each end and a magnet is placed in between. The stub shafts are turned on the inner sleeve to bring them together, thereby creating an axial compressive force on the magnet. By keeping the magnet in a compressive state at all times, cracking of the magnet is prevented, thus keeping the rotor stable during use of the motor or generator. An outer sleeve is shrunk-fit around the magnet and stub shafts to provide a further radial force on the rotor. The magnet assembly of the present invention also enlarges the required radial shrink-fit tolerance of the outer sleeve on the magnet, thereby reducing costs conventionally required to match the outer sleeve to the magnet within close tolerances.

The rotor is positioned within a stator having a plurality of stator magnets opposing the rotor magnets. Magnetic force, such as a repelling or attracting force between the rotor and stator is formed in a non-radial direction due to the orientation of the rotor magnets mounted on bent supports and their opposing stator magnets. One segment of the bent support receives an action force from the magnetic force between the stator magnet and the rotor magnet. Another segment of the bent support exhibits a reaction force opposing the action force. The vectors of the action force and the reaction force combine into a resultant vector having a direction that induces rotor rotation.
