    摘要： A sling for suspending an archery bow from an archer's shoulder comprises a pair of retracting mechanisms, each being attached to a shoulder pad using cords. The cords balance the bow while being suspended from the shoulder pad. The sling allows a supported carry position for the bow about the upper leg and hip of the archer. When ready to shoot an arrow, as the bow is brought to the shooting position, the shoulder pad slides off the archer's shoulder allowing the retracting mechanisms to draw the sling out to an offset position. In this manner, as the bow is taken from the archer's shoulder, the sling is quietly drawn tight between the retracting mechanisms and out of the way of the archer's use of the bow.

A number of releasable fasteners are affixed to the panel for selectively retaining the panel in a tubular form. A cap is hingedly secured to the bottom of the panel for closing one end of the tubular form. A carrying strap is attached to the panel.

    摘要： The present invention is a pack to be carried on a person's back and includes a packable compartment having an inwardly slanting back surface upon which accessories may be mounted so that at least a portion of the mounted accessory will be located proximate to the carrier's shoulder and within easy over-the-shoulder reach by the carrier. It also provides a means by which the rotational orientation of the accessory may be varied with respect to the compartment to further enhance the combination's ability to place mounted accessories proximate the carrier's shoulder and facilitate right and left handed users. In one embodiment, the accessory is a quiver used to carry arrows. Still further, the present invention may be variably configured to conform to different persons' body structure and posture.

    摘要： A quiver for safely storing and transporting hunting and target arrows including a symmetrically shaped two piece housing with means for selectively storing arrows and foam in the end of each section for preventing relative movement of the arrows. The two sections of the housing are joined by a rail and grove arrangement whereby the ends of the sections form a staggered interface, allowing convenient access to the arrows. A harness attached to the quiver allows it to be carried over the shoulder or in the hand as desired. When the quiver is joined and locked it is highly resistant to moisture and dampness.

    摘要： An improved archery quiver mounting device is provided which includes a base support member and a quiver mounting arm. The base support member includes an attaching arrangement for attaching the mounting device to the belt or waistband of the archer. In addition, a clevis device having bifurcated legs is provided for pivotally receiving the quiver mounting arm. The mounting arm has an aperture to receive a tension adjusting bolt which has a convenient hand knob for quickly adjusting the friction between the clevis parts and the mounting arm so that the mounting arm can be positionally adjusted in any desired position. The opposite end of the mounting arm has a number of properly placed mounting holes for attaching the coupler flange for a standard quiver mount whereby a quiver can be quickly and easily attached to the arm. The mounting arm can be bent inwardly toward the leg of the archer so as to properly position the quiver during use.
