摘要： The present invention relates to a convertible door lock device with a removable supporting pipe, which guarantees compatibility in construction according to a type of a door, being capable of selectively employing a movement preventing structure implemented by a supporting pipe according to the door type. The door lock device according to the embodiment of the present invention comprises the supporting pipe constituted by a pipe body including a fastening hole therein and a head part formed at one end of the pipe body, and a seating recess formed on an inner surface of the outer bracket for selective insertion of the head part of the supporting pipe. The head part of the supporting pipe is inserted in the seating recess of the outer bracket and the pipe body is inserted in a supporting hole dedicatedly formed on the door at a position outer than the mounting hole to be bolt-connected at the inside of the door through the fastening hole.

The backset latch includes novel configured inner and outer casing parts through which extend the mounting rods and spindle, and which sandwich therebetween an actuating plate and follower plate arrangement. The cylinder latch bolt further includes a novel subassembly including a bolt mounted in spring biasing fashion via a stem portion extending therefrom and interengaging the actuating plate to selectively retract the bolt into a cylinder shaped and interiorly open body.

摘要： A door latch has an adjustable cam (25) to accommodate two backsets of the bore (24) through a door. The cam (25) is operably attached to a handle 14. Rotation of the handle (24) approximately 45° fully retracts latch bolt (54) and deadbolt (56) through a slide actuator (100) that pulls a link (112) which pivots a cam lever (104) that retracts the bolt (54). The bolt (54) retracting motion is magnified with respect to the motion of actuator (100) via the link (112) and cam lever (104). The link (112) and cam lever (104) are mounted within cylinder section half (52) of housing (28) so as not to interfere with the deadbolt (56) and its slide (150) and deadbolt locking plate (170) that are mounted in a complementary cylinder half (51).

摘要： A latch bolt assembly and a locking device for use in a latch mechanism which can be fitted to a door or the like. The latch bolt assembly includes a casing and a bolt device which is receivable within a guide passage in the casing for movement between latched and retracted positions. A biasing spring is disposed between co-operating stops on the casing and the bolt device so as to normally urge the bolt device towards the latched position. The locking device comprises a locking element movable between a lock position and a release position and a control member which controls movement of the locking element and an actuating member which causes movement of the control member.
