Abstract:
A power tool, in particular a rotary hammer or combination hammer, containing a percussion-mechanism apparatus for generating percussion pulses on a tool, having a basic body for receiving a rear end of the tool, at least one first and second locking element, each arranged lying in radial openings of the basic body in a reversible manner in a locking position or release position, wherein, in the locking position, the rear end of the tool is held in the basic body and, in the release position, the rear end of the tool can be removed from the basic body, a locking ring for holding the at least first and second locking elements in the locking position, and a press-on element for guiding the at least first and second locking elements in a first axial direction and a second axial direction. The press-on element consists at least partially of an elastic material.
Abstract:
In a hand-held power tool, in particular an impact drill driver, having a torque setting unit, a gearbox assemblage, a hammer impact mechanism, and a tool spindle, the hammer impact mechanism has a drive rotation element having a rotation axis that is disposed coaxially with at least a part of the tool spindle.
Abstract:
A percussion device including a shank adaptor, a machine housing that contains a percussion piston that is arranged to carry out a reciprocating movement caused by the pressure from a hydraulic fluid and to strike the shank adaptor when the percussion device is in use. An elastic element is arranged radially outwards from the percussion piston to dampen the recoil from the shank adaptor. The machine housing has an inner surface that faces the percussion piston. The elastic element has an inner surface that faces the percussion piston and an outer surface that faces the inner surface of the machine housing. At least a part of the outer surface of the elastic element directly faces the inner surface of the machine housing.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pulse generating device for inducing a shock wave in a tool, wherein the said pulse generating device comprises an impact means (201; 301) for transferring energy to a drill string (202) connected to the said tool, and wherein the energy transfer gives rise to the said shock wave, in which the said energy is mainly constituted by elastic energy stored in the impact means (201; 301) and/or an energy store. The device comprises control means for controlling the interaction of the impact means (201; 301) with the drill string (202), wherein the said control means for controlling the interaction of the impact means (201; 301) with the drill string (202) comprises a motor (207; 307), and wherein the said motor (207; 307) is designed to, through rotation, alternately open ducts for pressurization and depressurization of at least one drive surface (205) acting upon the said impact means. The invention is characterized in that the rotation axis of the said motor (207; 307) is arranged substantially coaxially with the drill string (202).
Abstract:
The invention is based on a portable power tool having a vibration-damped handle (10) which has two legs (12, 14) running in the longitudinal direction (48) of the portable power tool and which is motionally coupled to its housing (28), wherein at least one lever (20, 22; 20a, 22a; 20b, 22b) oriented transversely to the longitudinal direction (48) is coupled to each of the two legs (12, 14) at an articulation point (16, 18; 16a, 18a), and wherein the levers (20, 22; 20a, 22a; 20b, 22b) are coupled to a joint region (50) lying between the two legs (12, 14) of the handle (10). It is proposed that each lever (20, 22; 20a, 22a; 20b, 22b) have a bearing point (24, 26; 24a, 20 26a; 24b, 26b) between the joint region (50) and the respective articulation point (16, 18; 16a, 18a).
