Abstract: Examples disclosed herein describe techniques related to automated image generation in an interaction system. An image generation request is received from a first user device associated with a first user of an interaction system. The image generation request comprises a text prompt. Responsive to receiving the image generation request, an image is automatically generated by an automated text-to-image generator, based on the text prompt. The image is caused to be presented on the first user device. An indication of user input to select the image is received from the user device. Responsive to receiving the indication of the user input to select the image, the image is associated with the first user within the interaction system, and a second user of the interaction system is enabled to be presented with the image.

Abstract: The subject technology trains a neural network based on a training process. The subject technology selects a frame from an input video, the selected frame comprising image data including a representation of a face and hair, the representation of the hair being masked. The subject technology determines a previous predicted frame. The subject technology concatenates the selected frame and the previous predicted frame to generate a concatenated frame, the concatenated frame being provided to the neural network. The subject technology generates, using the neural network, a set of outputs including an output tensor, warping field, and a soft mask. The subject technology performs, using a warping field, a warp of the selected frame and the output tensor. The subject technology generates a prediction corresponding to a corrected texture rendering of the selected frame.

Abstract: Examples disclosed herein describe aspect ratio conversion techniques for automated image generation. An image generation request comprising a prompt is received from a user device. A processor-implemented automated image generator may generate a first image based on the prompt. The first image has a first aspect ratio. According to some examples, a region of interest is determined in the first image, based on a prompt alignment indicator for the region of interest. The first image is then processed to obtain a second image. The processing includes an automatic cropping operation directed at the region of interest. The second image has a second aspect ratio that is different from the first aspect ratio. The second image is caused to be presented on the user device.

The parametric face model includes a template mesh pre-generated based on historical images of faces of a plurality of individuals, where the template mesh includes a pre-determined number of vertices.

An example method includes receiving a target video including a target face and a scenario including a series of source facial expressions, determining, based on the target face, one or more target facial expressions, and synthesizing, using the parametric face model, an output face. The output face includes the target face. The one or more target facial expressions are modified to imitate the source facial expressions. The method further includes generating, based on a deep neural network, a mouth region and an eyes region, and combining the output face, the mouth region, and the eyes region to generate a frame of an output video.

An example method includes receiving, by a computing device, scenario data including information concerning movements of a first head, receiving, by the computing device, a target image including a second head and a background, determining, by the computing device and based on the target image and the information concerning the movements of the first head, two-dimensional (2D) deformations of the second head in the target image, applying, by the computing device, the 2D deformations to the target image to obtain at least one output frame of an output video, the at least one output frame including the second head displaced according to the movements of the first head, and filling, by the computing device and using a background prediction neural network, a portion of the background in gaps between the displaced second head and the background.
