    Abstract: Apparatus, methods, and computer program products for PHY priority for wireless communications are provided. An example apparatus may multiplex a first uplink control information transmission based on a first uplink control information resource and a second uplink control information transmission based on a second uplink control information resource that overlaps in time with the first uplink control information resource, at least one of the first uplink control information resource and the second uplink control information resource being for full-duplex communication. The example apparatus may determine, based on applying a multiplexing rule on the full-duplex communication, whether to use the first uplink control information resource associated with a first beam or the second uplink control information resource associated with a second beam. The example apparatus may transmit a multiplexed uplink control information transmission using a determined uplink control information resource based on the multiplexing rule.

    Abstract: Aspects relate to establishing a signaling connection between a radio access network (RAN) node and a first scheduling entity. The RAN node may communicate in a dual connectivity (DC) mode of operation with the first scheduling entity (e.g., a secondary gNB) using a first radio access technology (RAT) and with a second scheduling entity (e.g., a master eNB) using a second RAT. The RAN node and the first scheduling entity may support sending information for a first signaling connection between the RAN node and the first scheduling entity over a second signaling connection through the second scheduling entity (e.g., when the second signaling connection is more reliable than the first signaling connection).     Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, one or more processing devices may identify a set of candidate anchor nodes based on a target node. The one or more processing devices may identify a set of candidate anchor locations based on location information of the target node, location information of the set of candidate anchor nodes, mobility capabilities of the set of candidate anchor nodes, or a combination thereof. The one or more processing devices may instruct at least a subset of the set of candidate anchor nodes to move based on the set of candidate anchor locations. The one or more processing devices may configure the set of candidate anchor nodes and the target node to engage in positioning operations at a positioning time to determine a position estimation of the target node.
