    Abstract: The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method and a device for handling of HARQ process IDs with uplink skipping in wireless communication system, the method comprising: receiving a HARQ process ID set including a plurality of HARQ process IDs in a sequential order from a network; receiving a set of uplink resources from the network; transmitting a first data on a first uplink resource with a first HARQ process ID among the plurality of HARQ process IDs; skipping one or more transmissions on one or more uplink resources; transmitting a second data on a second uplink resource with a second HARQ process ID among the plurality of HARQ process IDs, wherein the second HARQ process ID is the very next ID of the first HARQ process ID according to the sequential order in the HARQ process ID set.

    Abstract: A method for a wireless device operating in a wireless communication system includes receiving configuration information for configuring a non-Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) cell; and transmitting a Hybrid Automatic Repeat request (HARQ) feedback of the non-PUCCH cell on a special cell (SpCell) or a PUCCH cell other than SpCell, according to indication information. Further, when the indication information is not received with the configuration information, the HARQ feedback is transmitted on the SpCell, and when the indication information is received with the configuration information, the HARQ feedback is transmitted on the PUCCH cell.
