Abstract:
A derivation unit derives imaging conditions corresponding to virtual grid characteristics (grid ratio) received by a receiving unit on the basis of a table stored in a storage unit. The derivation unit sets the derived imaging conditions in a radiation source control unit. The radiation source control unit controls a radiation source on the basis of the set imaging conditions such that a radiographic image is captured. An execution unit of an image processing device acquires the radiographic image captured by the radiation detector through a detector control unit. The execution unit performs a virtual grid process for the acquired radiographic image on the basis of the virtual grid characteristics received by the receiving unit and the imaging conditions derived by the derivation unit to generate a radiographic image from which the influence of scattered radiation has been removed and displays the radiographic image on a display unit.
Abstract:
It is detected whether a grid stripe is present in a radiographic image. In a case in which the grid stripe is detected, a process of removing the grid stripe from the radiographic image is performed and the radiographic image is displayed. In a case in which the grid stripe is not detected, a process of removing a scattered component from the radiographic image is performed and a radiographic image subjected to the scattered radiation removal process and a radiographic image before the process are displayed.

A center position of a female connector is located near to a rear surface of a housing compared with a center position of the housing in a thickness direction of the housing of an electronic cassette. An inclined surface, which is inclined relative to a side surface and the rear surface of the housing, is formed between the side surface and the rear surface. The female connector is formed on the inclined surface. Therefore, it is possible to attach an outer grid provided with a longer side panel to the housing, in comparison with the case where the center position of the female connector is made coincident with the center position of the housing in the thickness direction of the housing, without requiring any processing.
Abstract:
A housing of an electronic cassette includes an inclined surface. The inclined is formed between a side surface and a rear surface of the housing and inclined relative to the side surface and the rear surface. The inclined surface is provided with indicators for displaying a center position of each side of an imaging area and operation conditions of the electronic cassette. Each of the indicators consists of a light source and a display window through which light from the light source is emitted to the outside. The display window is formed on the inclined surface. Since the display window is formed on the inclined surface, the display window is not blocked by an outer grid.
