Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatus for facilitating the communication of information to a mobile device in a broadcast signal are provided. A tone may be inserted into a broadcast signal, the tone including at least one location identifier for information associated with the tone. The broadcast signal may be output for communication to a tone transmission device that is operable to communicate the tone to a mobile device. Once received by the mobile device, the at least one location identifier may facilitate the receipt, by the mobile device from an information source, of the information associated with the tone.
