    摘要: A variable aperture includes a chamber, a transparent and electrically conductive aqueous solution, an opaque and electrically non-conductive oily solution, a transparent insulative and hydrophobic layer, a first electrode and a second electrode assembly. The chamber includes a first transparent portion and a second transparent portion located on opposite sides. The aqueous solution and the oily solution are contained in the chamber thus forming a contact interface therebetween. The transparent insulative and hydrophobic layer is arranged between the oily solution and the second transparent portion. The first electrode is arranged electrically contacting the aqueous solution. The second electrode assembly is arranged adjacent to the second transparent portion, and includes a transparent circular electrode and a plurality of concentric transparent annular electrode surrounding the transparent circular electrode, the circular electrode being insulated from the annular electrode.

    摘要: A method for determining a location of IR-cut filter film on a substrate, the filter film and the substrate cooperatively functioning as an IR-cut filter, includes the steps of: providing an infrared laser device, an IR-cut filter and an infrared laser sensor; emitting a laser from the IR laser device to a surface of the IR-cut filter in a manner such that the laser beam is obliquely incident on an edge portion of the IR-cut filter; and determining the location of the filter film on the substrate of the IR-cut filter in such a way that, if the intensity of the laser beam received by the infrared sensor is equal to or close to zero, the location of the filter film is on a surface of the substrate facing towards the infrared laser device; if the intensity of the laser beam received by the infrared sensor is the same as or close to an intensity of the laser beam emitted from the infrared laser device, the location of the filter film is on a surface of the substrate facing away from the infrared sensor.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a gloss paint, the gloss paint includes: a fluoro acryl-silicon resin in an amount by weight from 20% to 60%, pigment particles in an amount by weight from 5% to 40%, an additive in an amount by weight of less than 5%, the remainder being a solvent. The present invention also discloses a method for using the gloss paint to form a gloss paint layer on a surface of an article. In use, the gloss paint of the present invention can obtain a high gloss finish without a top coat. Thus the present gloss paint simplifies the steps and equipments of using the same, and economizes on the cost of the procedure.

The dust removing apparatus includes an ultrasonic oscillation device, at least a dust removing device, and a tray. The ultrasonic oscillation device is configured for causing an ultrasonic vibration of the optical lens so as to weaken an adhesive force between the optical lens and the dust on the surface thereof. The dust removing device is configured for removing the dust from the surface of the optical lens. The tray is disposed on the ultrasonic oscillation device and located between the ultrasonic oscillation device and the dust removing device. The tray is configured for supporting the optical lens. A dust removing method is also provided.

    摘要: A method for removing a diamond-like carbon film on a substrate is provided. The diamond-like carbon film includes an amorphous carbon layer and an amorphous hydrogenated carbon layer formed on the amorphous hydrogen-free carbon layer. The method includes a step of electrolyzing the diamond-like carbon film in an acid solution. Compared with grinding, the electrolyzing process has advantages of low cost being cheaper, more convenient and results in a smoother surface.
