Abstract: Participants may use one or more devices for engaging in a meeting, such as phones, conferencing devices, and/or computers. The devices include microphones that capture speech for determining the presence of distinct participants. Speech signals originating from different participants, or microphones, may be determined and associated with the participants. For example, microphones may be directional and more sensitive to sound coming from one or more specific directions than sound coming from other directions. By associating an individual with a microphone, or set of microphones, overlapping voices may be disambiguated to provide clear voice streams that aid in producing a clear transcript indicating the speech of the participants, respectively. An identity of the participants may be determined using voiceprint and/or voice recognition techniques.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer-readable media for voice-activated selective memory for voice-capturing devices are disclosed. A first voice input from a voice-capturing device is received, via a network, at a service provider environment comprising one or more services. The first voice input comprises one or more utterances from a user of the voice-capturing device. A representation of the first voice input is stored. A second voice input from the voice-capturing device is received, via the network, at the service provider environment. The second voice input represents a command to disregard the first voice input. Based on the second voice input, the representation of the first voice input is deleted.

Abstract: A technology is provided for using a multi-factor authentication process to access services in a computing service environment. One or more policies can be defined for allowing access to one or more services and/or resources associated with a service provider environment according to an authenticated identity. A device, detected by a voice-capturing endpoint within a defined geographical location, may be authenticated according to a unique identification (ID). Voice data received from the voice-capturing endpoint can be authenticated. The authenticated identity can be established according to the authenticated device and the authenticated voice data. A command, received via a voice command from the voice-capturing endpoint, may be issued with the authenticated identity to access the one or more services and/or resources associated with the service provider environment according to the plurality of policies.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer-readable media for voice-based parameter assignment for voice-capturing devices are disclosed. Voice input from a voice-capturing device is received over one or more networks at a service provider environment comprising one or more services. The services implement voice input analysis and device management. Using the voice input analysis, analysis of the voice input is performed to determine that the voice input represents a value for a configuration parameter. The value is descriptive of the device. An association between the voice-capturing device and the value for the configuration parameter is stored using the device management. The value affects one or more actions taken by the service provider environment responsive to further voice input from the voice-capturing device.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for managing a conference call with multiple voice-enabled and voice-capturing devices, such as smart speakers. Reproduced, duplicate voice commands can cause unexpected results in a conference call. The voice commands can be determined to be received from the same conference call. A voice command for a particular voice-enabled device can be selected based on an energy level of an audio signal, event data, time data, and/or user identification.

Based on the determined location, the system may perform various actions.
