Wires (60) are routed through a tent or shelter (98, 201) either by attaching the wires to the tent or shelter, running the wires through hems, seams (100), or sleeves, or integrating the wires into the fabric for the tent or shelter. In accordance with an embodiment, an appliance (208) is connected to the wiring harness (60) and is mounted or attached in the tent or shelter. The appliance (208) may be mounted in a socket (234) that includes contacts that may engage a fixture or appliance, such as a light. An opposite end of a cord (222) leading to the socket is attachable to an electrical power supply, such as a battery pack (203).

摘要： A hinged door (26) is provided for a tent (20). The hinged tent door (26) in one embodiment includes a frame (46) for supporting the outer edges of the door. The hinged tent door (26) may include a removable frame (46) so that the door may be folded along with the tent into a compact configuration for storage. As an example, the frame (46) may be one or more poles (48, 50) that are removably attached to the door.

摘要： A thermoelectric unit for a thermoelectric insulated container. The thermoelectric unit is configured to be inserted in a small opening in the insulated container. A cold side heat sink is mounted on the portion of the thermoelectric unit that extends inside of the insulated container, and a hot side heat sink is mounted on a portion of the thermoelectric unit that extends outside. The thermoelectric unit is arranged so that a thermoelectric module for the thermoelectric unit, the cold side heat sink, and the hot side heat sink are aligned linearly. A hot side fan and motor unit is mounted on the outside of the hot side heat sink and a cold side fan and motor unit is mounted on the outside of the cold side heat sink. The hot and cold side fan and motor units may also be mounted linearly with the hot and cold side heat sinks.
