    摘要: An electric power conversion system includes: a primary electric power conversion circuit including primary right and left arms; a secondary electric power conversion circuit including secondary right and left arms; and a control circuit controlling transfer of electric power between the primary and secondary electric power conversion circuits by magnetically coupling a primary coil to a secondary coil. The control circuit sets an interphase difference in switching between right and left arm lower transistors in the primary electric power conversion circuit and an interphase difference in switching between right and left arm lower transistors in the secondary electric power conversion circuit on the basis of off times of the primary and secondary electric power conversion circuits such that a phase difference between terminal voltage waveforms of the primary and secondary coils is 0 and duty ratios of the terminal voltage waveforms are equal to each other.

    摘要: In a rotor having plural permanent magnets secured on a rotary shaft for use in, e.g., an electric motor which is incorporated preferably into a rack-type electric power steering device, a cylindrical cover is fit on the rotary shaft to cover the external surfaces of the plural permanent magnets, and one or both axial end portions of the cylindrical cover are plastically deformed thereby to secure the cylindrical cover onto the rotary shaft. Thus, the cylindrical cover is firmly secured to the rotary shaft and, even when one or more permanent magnets are separated from the rotary shaft or broken, prevents the separated permanent magnets or the broken fragments from scattering within a housing of the motor.

The control circuit executes feedforward control for setting one of an on/off ratio of a terminal voltage signal of the primary coil and an on/off ratio of a terminal voltage signal of the secondary coil, in response to at least one of fluctuations in voltage ratio between both waveforms and fluctuations in phase symmetry between both waveforms, when the terminal voltage waveform of the primary coil and the terminal voltage waveform of the secondary coil are different from each other.

    摘要: A bottom end stop and a slider with a locking mechanism of a slide fastener chain which can be used for both the right side arrangement and the left side arrangement are provided. The slider includes a leaf spring showing a substantially U-shaped profile and having an end rigidly secured to a front part of the slider body, and the other end having a locking pawl arranged near the center thereof. The locking pawl resiliently projects into a guide groove for the engaging member located in the slider body. The bottom end stop includes an insert pin having a beveled escape area produced by cutting an edge of an upper outer surface of the insert pin facing the locking pawl, a groove formed on a surface facing a box pin of a box so as to engage with a ridge portion of the box pin when the insert pin is inserted into the box. The locking pawl is arranged between a top surface of the box pin and a bottom surface of the abutting portion provided at the top of the insert pin and the locking pawl is adapted to slide on the escape area when the insert pin is inserted into the box at the right side thereof. And when the insert pin is inserted into the box at the left side thereof, the locking pawl does not relate to the operation of the insert pin, thus the insert pin is inserted freely.

    摘要: In an automatic lock slider for a slide fastener, a yoke accommodating a locking pawl and a leaf spring has a pair of inwardly directed projections, and a generally C-shaped, narrow rigid strip has on its upper edges a pair of taper surfaces corresponding to the respective projections. As the taper surfaces are guided by the projections, the pawl keeps its suitable posture during the assembling of the slider, and the pawl acts reliably while the automatic locking mechanism is either operative or inoperative. The locking pawl is small in width and has one leg portion to be inserted in a groove of the outer surface of a connector of a slider body. The result is that the number of pressing steps is reduced to minimize press traces on the surface of an upper wing of the slider body so that press traces are prevented from coming out on the slider surface though the yoke is smaller in width compared to the conventional one.

    摘要: A slide fastener slider includes a slider body having a mounting hole extending at least through the thickness of an upper wing of the slider body, a circular disk disposed on the upper wing with its central guide hole aligned with the mounting hole, a pull tab pivotally connected to the circular disk, and a headed retainer pin extending loosely through the guide hole and firmly fitted in the mounting hole to rotatably retain the circular disk on the slider body. The circular disk is substantially concealed by an enlarged head of the retainer pin and hence the slider is sightly in appearance. The mounting hole in which the retainer pin is firmly fitted extends through a guide post of the slider body so that the pull tab is firmly retained on the slider body against detachment even when the pull tab is manipulated with a severe pulling force.
