    Abstract: Embodiment of the present invention discloses a kind of methionine lyase and its encoding gene and biosynthetic method. According to the present invention, the gene encoding methionine lyase as shown in SEQ ID No. 1 is separated from the genome of C. rosea. Embodiment of the present invention further provides an efficient biosynthetic method of methionine lyase, comprising: (1) cloning gene (shown in SEQ ID No.1) encoding methionine degradation enzyme into a yeast expression vector to construct recombinant yeast expression vector; (2) transforming the recombinant yeast expression vector into Saccharomyces cerevisiae to obtain expression strain; (3) inducing the expression strain to express the methionine lyase, collecting induced strains, purifying expressed recombinant methionine lyase. Purity of recombinant methionine lyase prepared according to the present invention is above 90%, and its efficiency of degradating methionine can reach 0.53±0.0030 μM MTL·h−1·mg protein−1.

    Abstract: A method of solving a stress based on force boundary and balance condition, the method including: 1) measuring a macro-geometric feature of a research object, and establishing a geometric feature description equation corresponding to the macro-geometric feature; 2) analyzing a specific gravity distribution feature of the research object, and establishing a specific gravity distribution equation of the research object in a research area; 3) analyzing a feature of boundary condition stress of the research object, and establishing a boundary condition stress equation corresponding to the feature of boundary condition stress; 4) selecting a stress expression equation satisfying corresponding balance equation and a boundary condition equation of a force; and 5) analyzing a stress feature of the research object in detail according to an existing strength criterion; and performing comparative analysis on a deformation feature of the research object, and determining a behavior feature of the research object.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a pavement deicing or snow-melting system, comprising a water-permeable pavement, a drainage device and a heating device, wherein the water-permeable pavement comprises, successively from the top down, a water-permeable asphalt concrete coating, a porous cement stabilized macadam layer, a reflecting layer, a waterproof layer, a semi-rigid base and a semi-rigid cushion; the drainage device comprises a drainage ditch and a sheet cover; a water inlet is formed on the drainage ditch; a lower edge of the drainage ditch is not lower than the waterproof layer; curbs are arranged on edges of the water-permeable asphalt concrete coating and the porous cement stabilized macadam layer; and, the heating device is arranged between the water-permeable asphalt concrete coating and the porous cement stabilized macadam layer.
