A method for displaying an information window and a display apparatus thereof are provided. A display apparatus includes a network interface which receives time-varying information from an external source, an On Screen Display (OSD) generating unit which generates an information window to show the information, a signal processing unit which processes an image signal to be ready to display, a display unit which displays the processed image with the generated information window on a screen, and a control unit which controls the OSD generating unit, the signal processing unit, and the display unit for the processed image and the generated information window are displayed together.

In allocating bandwidth using a Resilient Packet Ring (RPR) fairness mechanism in a node connected to an RPR network, when congestion occurs, an amount of traffic that the node has transmitted to a ring during one aging interval is stored together with its own identifier in a fairness message as a fairness transmission rate to be advertised to its own upstream nodes. The amount of traffic transmitted from the upstream node during the aging interval is measured and stored. When the congestion has been solved, an available bandwidth is calculated with reference to the fairness transmission rate and the amount of traffic transmitted from the upstream nodes, and the fairness transmission rate is calculated to fairly allocate the available bandwidth to the upstream nodes so that the fairness transmission rate is transmitted to the upstream nodes.

A method for providing a video source list and a video apparatus are provided. The video apparatus comprises a combiner which combines an external input list with a video to be displayed, the external input list including information regarding external inputs of the video apparatus and a controller which generates the external input list, and controls the combiner, wherein the controller selectively changes a display order in which the information regarding external inputs is arranged in the external input list. Accordingly, it is possible to change the order in which the information regarding external inputs arranged on the external input list is displayed according to the desires of a user, and thus, the user can choose external inputs more rapidly and conveniently.

The present invention relates to a method for playing interactive contents for standby mode in a mobile communication terminal, which allows a user of the mobile communication terminal to perform a variety of operations on a standby mode by operating a player to play interactive contents provided by mobile communication terminal makers or communication service providers on the standby mode in a user-specified standby screen and allows a direct Internet browsing to a specific URL based on a user's operation, and a mobile communication terminal using the same. According to the method for playing interactive contents for standby mode in the mobile communication terminal and the mobile communication terminal using the same, the interactive contents can be played in the standby mode and so other pictures can be viewed in the standby mode according to a key operation by a user. Further, when a user presses a particular key while the user views an advertisement moving picture played in the standby screen mode of the mobile communication terminal, it is possible to immediately access a URL site included in the advertisement moving picture, which contributes to activation of advertisement industry using the mobile communication terminal. Furthermore, various kinds of interactive contents can be provided for the mobile communication terminal, and thus, the mobile communication terminal can be more effectively sold. In addition, the user can easily download the interactive contents for standby mode into the mobile communication terminal via a network.

A PZT ferroelectric thin film is sputter deposited on an electrode without microcracks while avoiding oxygen and Pb ion deficiencies at the electrode interface by initially forming a buffer layer containing a sufficient amount of a volatile Pb component and a sufficient amount of oxygen to easily absorb the energy of sputter particles. The PZT ferroelectric thin film can also be deposited by laser ablation.

The present invention relates to human monoclonal antibodies neutralizing vascular endothelial growth factor receptor and the use thereof. More specifically, relates to human ScFv molecules neutralizing vascular endothelial growth factor receptor, and a composition for inhibiting angiogenesis and a composition for treating cancer, which contain the human ScFv molecules. The disclosed monoclonal antibody neutralizing vascular endothelial growth factor receptor shows excellent neutralizing ability in living cells, compared to that of a commercially available antibody against vascular endothelial growth factor receptor, and shows the ability to neutralize vascular endothelial growth factor receptor not only in humans, but also in mice and rats. Thus, the monoclonal antibody will be useful in anticancer studies and will be highly effective in cancer treatment.
