    摘要: Provided is a material for forming barrier ribs, barrier ribs formed using the material, and a PDP comprising the barrier ribs. The material is photosensitive and made from a glass frit composition which is environmentally friendly (no Pb or Bi) and also prevents light scattering. The primary component of the glass frit is P2O5. Other components can be included in the barrier rib forming material such as an alkali-based metal oxide, B2O3, SiO2, etc. The barrier rib formed of the glass frit can additionally include a photosensitive organic material which may include a crosslinking agent, a polyfunctional monomer or oligomer, a photo initiator, a binder and an additive. A method of forming the barrier ribs comprising the glass frit composition is also provided as is a PDP including such barrier ribs.

The photosensitive paste composition contains conductive powder, an inorganic binder, and an organic vehicle, wherein, assuming that 10% by weight of the particles consisting the conductive powder have a diameter less than D10 and 90% by weight of the particles have a diameter greater than D90, a difference between D10 and D90 is about 2.0 μm or less. The photosensitive paste composition solves problems arising with use of conductive powder having a broad particle diameter distribution and satisfy requirements for an electrode's main characteristics, such as resistance, the anti-sanding property of terminal portions, and withstanding voltage characteristic. In addition, a PDP electrode using the photosensitive paste composition and a PDP including the PDP electrode can be manufactured.

    摘要: A plasma display panel (PDP) electrode contains a superconductor and an inorganic binder. A photosensitive paste composition for manufacturing the PDP electrode contains a superconductor, an inorganic binder, and a photosensitive vehicle. In the photosensitive paste composition, a superconductor with excellent conductivity is used as a black pigment, so that the discharge voltage is low, the resistance is uniform, and a difference in brightness between electrodes is minimized in double layer bus electrodes manufactured using the composition. In addition, single layer bus electrodes with high conductivity and degree of blackness can be manufactured using the photosensitive composition. With the use of the plasma display panel electrode, the improved plasma display panel is provided.
