Abstract: Systems and processes for providing textual representations for a communication session are provided. For example, at least one audio input is received at an electronic device, wherein each audio input of the at least one audio input is associated with a respective priority level. A priority level of an audio input detected at a microphone of the electronic device is determined, wherein a highest priority level among the determined priority level and each received priority level corresponding to the at least one audio input is identified. A textual representation of a respective audio input corresponding to the identified highest priority level is obtained, wherein the obtained textual representation is displayed on a display of the electronic device.

The method includes transforming the interest location to a transformed interest location in the first three-dimensional coordinate system. Aspects of the present disclosure include one or more cost functions for each application, where each cost function corresponds to a likelihood that a particular application should be placed into a particular pre-activation state. For each of the inactive applications, a respective one of the pre-activation states is selected based on comparing cost values obtained by evaluating the cost functions. Each of the inactive applications can be moved to or maintained in the respectively-selected pre-activation state to more efficiently provide an expedited application launch experience for a user.

Abstract: An optical system for a camera may include a lens group having a plurality of lenses, a prism, and an image sensor. The prism may be positioned, optically, between the plurality of lenses and the image sensor along the optical transmitting path of the light. The prism may include at least four surfaces, which may fold the light within the prism at least four times to guide the light from the plurality of lenses passing through the prism to the image sensor. The prism may include multiple prisms joined together using an optical cement. The prism may include one or more aperture masks inside the prism to reduce flare.

Abstract: A base station that determines a slot for uplink reception for a non-terrestrial network link between a base station and a user equipment is described. In exemplary embodiments, the base station determines a timing advance based on at least a random access preamble reception and determines an uplink offset based on the timing advance. The base station may further determine a candidate slot for an uplink reception based on at least the offset. In addition, the base station may determine if the candidate slot is available for the uplink reception. The base station may use the candidate slot for the uplink reception when the candidate uplink slot is available and may use the next available slot for the uplink reception when the candidate uplink slot is not available.
